Counselling booked, brought myself a fancy weekly planner, some Chelsea peers pyjamas, nice jumper from French connection and a new pair of Levi’s and I’ve got a shopping cart full of new underwear on Victoria’s Secret. We’ve done a full weekly food plan with healthy meals and I’m going to get back in the gym tomorrow 💪 gonna feel the pinch from all the treats but I deserve it 🤣
Well done! The new items also sound lovely.

Hi All, since Covid really, I've really struggled with my self esteem to the point that it impacts my life and the person I once was. I'm sure I'm not the only person with low confidence, whether that is through personality, insecurities or Covid so I thought this might be a good place to chat about, share our thoughts and top confidence tips.

Hopefully we can build a supportive and helpful thread...

Edit to add my first helpful tip. I am currently reading The Six Pillars of Self-Esteem and it's a great read. I really see myself in the book and it was a real eye-opener for me!

Thank you for replying ❤ I really like some of the ideas you’ve posted and I’ll give them a try! I had a counsellor last year and I felt amazing after her. I’ve just had a few bad things happen this year and I feel so knocked so remembering I am not that bad just feels hard

I hope you can go back and get some extra support from her. Try not to be too hard on yourself. You're doing the best that you can.
