There is apparently a photoshopped photo of a black woman in a tree. And it was supposed to represent Bethany, They have cropped the photo out and just showed who was in the group chat where is was posted by the person who created the image. They said that the creator of the image was Katie. I have not personally seen the photo just the screenshot of who is in the group, and what was said

Emma is so pathetic. It’s all about bringing the dogs ‘home’ now. When we were resident in the Uk? It used to be bringing Curt ‘home’. She will latch on to anything for attention. I’d pity her but she doesn’t deserve it
Imagine knowing your residency is not secure, taking on two animals dependent on just you and doing things that could get you deported and then when it happens, blaming everyone else!
She should've gone about the green card in the right way and not adopted animals until she was granted permanent residency. The only person to blame here is herself but I guess she's not very good at that. Those dogs wont be leaving the US and that go fund me money will not be returned to the donors....

It does not appear to be one of the Michigan judges that live stream to their zoom calls to Youtube all though there is a watch button.. on his court Judge Gerou. I just asked my hubby who is a bit a expert on arrest and court hearings because well he has a few felonies himself... 
The 12 month gap between the original charge and the arrest could have been because its part of a much bigger conspiracy. He said that some sucker would have had to been glued to her ticktoks recording and investigating all her "hauls" for the last 12 months.
