The best thing she could do for those dogs is have someone find them a nice home together. If that can be done without going to a shelter then great but if not, at least they'd be getting cared for at a no kill shelter. It would be so stressful for the dogs to go to Delaware and then fly to Germany and then drive to the UK where they may or not be seized but likely be out in muzzles for the rest of their lives. If she reads here, I really hope she considers the dogs' wellbeing and the emotional and physical stress it'll have on them to try and take them to the uk.

Does anyone know why getting the dogs to Delaware is an option for bringing them home? I know Delaware has a massive port and I’m certain her dad is in the shipping business, surely they’re not thinking of possibly illegally shipping the poor dogs across the Atlantic?

ICE doesn’t hunt down illegal white people who committed no crime. They either self-deport (I did), or get caught “organically” (ie: getting stopped for a speeding ticket and being unable to provide a proper ID). Even if people snitch on Jess, ICE has better things to do, like catching people convicted of a crime, harassing POCs, and luring people showing up at their immigration appointments (easy targets as they are already on the premises.) I doubt they will waste human ressources on a Brit who came legally and overstayed.

I think she’s also still claiming universal credit while she’s there which is wrong because she’s been away for more than 30 days and would have had to declare it to DWP, also heard that she’s sub letting her council house which again is not something that’s allowed

People would be better off reporting Jess to the DWP instead of the ICE I think. DWP will definitely investigate if they hear that someone has been out the country for more than a month and is fraudulently claiming UC while planning to overstay on their ESTA given that UC is paid from public funds.

I agree 100%, even taking ICE out the picture if people have submitted evidence to USCIS that she planned to overstay her ESTA and then adjust her status she’ll have a hard time from them too

omg so its been confirmed she was deported then lol, what a life. But thats terrible, so the dogs are not coming back to the UK? Is all the money from the go fund me being returned then? Thats horrific that the dogs are in the apartment alone! She shouldve never taken dogs into her care knowing she was there illegally, she cant even take care of herself let alone dogs in a country she was illegally in!!

The way she speaks so highly of herself when she was robbing peoples packages is nothing short of mortifying. £315 raised of a £3.2k target. I will eat my shoe if she gets to over £500. I would think more of her if SHE was making any sort of effort to put money into the pot. I’m sure she has a tit tonne of stuff at her moms she could sell online. The girl was never done doing shopping hauls before she left for America. She hardly took it all with her
