Her twins have no sugar/processed foods, no screen time etc. I do actually like her content even though she can be a bit hollier than thou, but I've just seen this comment she's put in response to a q asking what she does as an alternative to birthday cake. Same! Some of her videos are definitely quite goady and looking for a response.
