So she’s a bit nervous about travelling to a new place tomorrow and has a nervous tummy, which I’d imagine most people get! Why does she have to be dramatic about it. THAT is not severe anxiety!! She drives me mad.

I think a lot these days people can’t tell the difference (or choose not to) between normal emotions linked to situations and mental health problems.

For example when someone passes away it’s Normal to feel sad and upset it doesn’t mean it’s depression.

another example being it’s normal ‘fight or flight’ to have feelings of anxiety linked to certain situations ie going somewhere new, meeting new people, going to an event, situations you don’t like etc…

accept It and learn the difference between the ‘Normal emotional reactions’ and mental health problems such as anxiety or depression. People jump on the bandwagon sometimes I think.

Doing regular lives to sell her shite from an apparently newly styled room that looks like a before photo and as though the room has just been ransacked.

I have and had chronic anxiety to the point I had a breakdown, I was going to be committed, it was that bad. And when I was bad, and even now, there is no fucking way I could video myself, go shopping, or do what she does. I know anxiety and MH comes in all shapes and sizes, but I truly don’t think she has anxiety, she may get generally anxious like all people do. Hers is so very selective, where as most chronic anxiety sufferers, have no triggers, it literally comes out of nowhere. You’re breathless sweating, impending doom, you are convinced you are dying. I used to vomit like the exorcist. I think Aimless is a lazy cow who has no intention of getting a real job, basically she just wants to be admired, given gifts, and feel important.
Fuck off Aimless, you make a mockery of people.

I suffer with anxiety, made worse by being menopausal, when I’m feeling anxious I feel sick to my stomach and the thought of eating makes me feel sick, never would I be able to demolish a take away or any large meal, I can usually only stomach Quavers (because they melt in your mouth) oranges or toast. Her eat with me would be the last thing I’d watch to help me eat! She uses mental health and anxiety as an excuse for everything! I fucking detest her!
