I've seen videos of adults at Disney crying ad the meet Disney characters. It's so odd
This has just reminded me of something so embarrassing from years ago. I’ll preface this with I like Disney, I’ve been to Disneyland a few times, I am NOT a Disney adult 😂 my friends wanted to meet Darth Vader so I went along, they took a picture of me next to Darth Vader and tagged me on Facebook. Except my hand was scratching my face in the picture… My other friend saw it and commented “are you bleeping crying?” 😂😂 fml

A group of people I know all went on a big Disney holiday and they all got a Mickey Mouse ears line tattoo on their wrist. First comment on the inevitable bragging post was ‘looks like a rooster and balls’.

This made me laugh out loud, and I assume however much you deny it your friends won't believe you 😂😂😂😂

I got invited to Disney Paris by a School mum I quite like and thought was normal. I assumed the children were going so when invited i said ah I'm not sure my two would enjoy it to be honest, they're not really into Disney. You'd have thought I'd tit on her Cornflakes, she was so annoyed I'd assumed it was for children and told me her and 'the girls' go all the time, she's never taken her 6 and 3 year old!

Yes, Disney adults are so weird. Annual trips, photos with the characters, and those hairbands. See also Pokémon, my youngest child (at primary school) loves Pokémon, took him to a Pokémon shop to spend his Christmas money and he was the only child there - it was full of grown adults.

Yes Pokemon is huge, the shops my partner loves (geek shops I call them) are full of adults no kids at all. They sit for hours round the tables looking at cards,it's a very lucrative business now.

Not sure this is everyone but something I've seem so often recently is people using trader Joe's bags (the US supermarket) as if it's some kind of fashion statement, so bizarre. Who wants to wander round with a supermarket bag as a handbag?

This weather. I hate the humidity in the UK
Same, it literally goes from one extreme to the other here. People really don't understand when they don't live here. You get "try living in X it X degree's it's normal, get over it " etc, etc. it's not the same thing. For one we aren't acclimatised to it as it's so infrequent,2 it's the humidity as you said and 3 our homes, buses, trains, etc aren't designed for it,we don't all have air con and 🥽 pools 🙄

Yes exactly. It's just not the same heat here, it's overbearing, and the SSRI's i take make me intolerant to heat so I struggle every year.

I love the apology videos from people in Australia, America when they’ve visited here in the summer and they’re like oh duck you weren’t joking 😂

I hate how quickly we go from freezing cold to sweating our bits off. There’s no gentle transition

I have never seen one of those videos lol,but glad they do them. My sons just been in Thailand for 3 weeks, where it was 32 most days and nights, and he was moaning he was too hot yesterday 😂. It does, there's nowhere else like it,all seasons in the space of 2 days. We cannot get used to it which is part of the problem, one day you're in coat and gloves, the next you're in linen trousers and a vest 😂

Yeh, going from 10 degrees suddenly to 25 or vice versa is insane, seems to be happening more and more as well
