Chicken thighs
God, yes! My husband likes them as “they have more flavour”. Complete guys to butcher though, I cut 90% of the crap off them so hardly anything’s left. Give me a nice lean uncomplicated chicken breast any day.

Sand. Gets bloody everywhere
Adding to that: the beach in general. I like the idea of the beach, but every time I go it’s just so boring. Especially since I avoid bringing books or using my phone since I don’t want to ruin them with sand/sunblock/water. And it’s overcrowded. I also always get a sunburn, even if I wear a hat and spf.

The movie ‘He’s Just Not That Into You’ (and the book too).

It’s just so victim-blamey and it didn’t age well. All the men were crap and blamed the women. Ben Aflek’s character’s proposal was also super anticlimactic because their relationship was already tainted and he only did it out of obligation.

I hate the beach too, for sunbathing. I don’t mind it in the winter for a walk if I’m visiting family. Give me a pool any day.

Haha, me and my friend were fixated on how the whole premise was that women should realise that men clearly show you they don't give a tit; and yet every man in it then changed his mind, exactly as they told all the women they wouldn't. (I also don't like it when Justin Long is cast as a playboy character, he'll always be the nerd from Crossroads for me.)

There's so much faff involved in going to the beach as well which is disproportionate to the amount of enjoyment I actually get out of it.

DoorDash, GrubHub, Uber Eats, etc.

I used to order all the time because it was so convenient, but now I’m just…over it. The prices/fees are getting crazy, half my orders are wrong, the food is cold, etc. The apps are also predatory towards the drivers and restaurants, so I feel guilty supporting them.

Yeh I feel bad supporting the apps too, I rarely get takeaway but if I do I now call the place directly . I don't blame the drivers but it's also annoying the motorbikes clogging up pavements where I live outside every shop/restaurant

Yeah there have also been more and more reports of drivers getting aggressive with customers over tips.
