I thought new build too as there was a glimpse of rows of fresh turf and new fences when it went past the window. With 3 kids and a husband that seemingly works a lot, seems like a sensible choice. Wonder if she’ll jump on the bandwagon and start houselifestyled page. (Next time you’re on here - Please don’t Katie!) also, hardly being built ‘for you’ - just being built

A custom build house I was expecting beautiful parque floorings, timber sash windows & a hand painted kitchen. All I can see is lots of white PVC windows, freshly laid turf and a few of Barrett’s extras like the carpets throughout

This is the worse thing about influencers- it’s all the faking! I’m sure we would have had much more bragging detail had it been their own design and build.
During lockdown he was cleaning the windows. This is around the same time that she started bumming FBB on Insta. So she clearly wanted to show off a “finance dude” husband (except he’s not a banker, he’s literally an accountant). She dropped in to her stories that her “finance director” was cleaning her windows. it was cringe because the whole subtext was literally just a way to drop his job in it.
And yes, that house screams charles church/new build. although I’m sure she will claim that Sophie Patterson can’t wait to do the decor.
