I'm a wuss about heat, I grew up in LA and I like heat, but Orlando weather now sounds SO lovely. When I was just in Prague and London it was 50F and very windy, he would not survive.

When I make my Hellmann's Chicken (yes with mayo) the recipe says bake them at 420 for 30 minutes (but I bake them longer because to me they don't look done so I cook them for about 40/45 min depending on the thickness of the breast).I have made all different types of chicken in the oven and never have I had raw chicken like she is making at a temp of 450. Basically she will burn the outside without cooking the inside - what is wrong with this chick (only wrong answers here) - is she that incapable of cooking? Also, I think at that temp it will be dry as HE**.
Also, we prefer our chicken cutlets made on the top of the stove, in a frying/skillet pan with a little oil and butter. And we use the ITALIAN FLAVORED bread crumbs and never once has my family complained about the taste.
But then again, she did mention something about 'Jersey Shore' at one point so she is only following what she sees on t.v.
