Its aged her massively, im shocked at how much older she looks
All SW .. she seems happier but I Agree it’s aged her …. Didn’t think she was Only early 40,s thought she was way older
She looks healthier but yes when you’ve been big weight loss does age you sadly. She’s done well to lose it all with SW.
She has done really well to lose the weight but I just can't see her keeping it off long term. At the moment she's obsessed with it and she's either 'on plan' or she's not. Long term she's going to have to learn about moderation!

She does have a very obsessive personality. Hopefully for her health she will at least try to keep at a healthier weight than before. I think she became quite low after her daughter left. Comfort eating maybe. Is her daughter back from uni now?
