A trip to the run-free field this morning, 7 laps of the field today
I think she was needing a run
She's ok, had a wee sprint in field but wasn't too fussed about running, I think she overdid it last week with the 7 laps & felt it this week with a sore back the result.@Bobby Chariot how's doggo today?
Fantastic news, well done WalesWales to ban Greyhound racing, well done Wales, the amount of deaths & injuries is disgusting.
LBC radio actually had a phone-in hour on the subject, "oh but the dogs love it", no they really do not enjoy being forced to race.

‘End this horrendous cruelty now’: Senedd calls for greyhound racing ban
SENEDD Members reiterated cross-party calls for a ban on greyhound racing due to “horrendous cruelty” at the last remaining track in Wales. Haven't used Yumove sorry, it seems to be well rated though.Has anyone used the pets at home joint supplements? I previously got some from my vet but they're so slow with sending them out and my baby always ends up a few days without, we tried Yumove at the start so may just go back to that but looking for other (possibly slightly cheaper) alternatives?
Fantastic news, well done WalesI hope Scotland will be next to ban it.
Our friends had a Collie years ago, yes they need quite a bit of stimulation being a working breed.Any border collies owners on here? I've always had them and know the issues they can have, but they been be hard work! My last one, lovely and affectionate, but quite nasty to others, the one I have now, very aloof, not at all affectionate, but good tempered, they are a queer breed, you'd have to have own one to understand!
Oh look at her go! You've both done wonders with her! Am so glad they've banned racing in Wales, hopefully it'll happen everywhere, I've always thought such a cruel sport. Our friends had a Collie years ago, yes they need quite a bit of stimulation being a working breed.
The natural herding instinct, wanting to work, I often see them barking at or wanting to chase a cyclist or a car![]()

She looks for cuddles now, just appears at your side for a rub after her dinner, even lying down now she likes attention but sometimes avoids eye contact, but won't go on the sofa or upstairs.Oh look at her go! Yep collies are very strange, he's now lying next to me, not touching, whilst the rugby is on!
Aww that's lovely she's looking for cuddles, bless her. She's obviously happy in her own space, be glad she hasn't sprawled on your bed, yet!She looks for cuddles now, just appears at your side for a rub after her dinner, even lying down now she likes attention but sometimes avoids eye contact, but won't go on the sofa or upstairs.
Still hates the tv and the henry hoover though![]()
I wish mine sprawled. She has taken to lying between me and my husband, head on both pillows, me slightly hanging off the bed (I lie close to the edge anyway but now I'm working all my muscles trying to stay on the bed, haha). Husband tells me to move her... I couldn't possibly! She's too comfortable and I'm too softbe glad she hasn't sprawled on your bed, yet!
They have the ABC agility anything but Collies@Bobby Chariot she looks so happy and contended!
I'm just watching crufts, don't agree with it, but waiting on throwdown! There's a jr in the final, but all the way from Italy?? Saw some agility, nice to see other dogs going for it other than collies! (even though I got one!)
