Nars Sheer Glow foundation. Absolutely incredible on aging ( in my 40’s ) skin xxWhat’s everyone’s favourite foundation?![]()
Same! I still have mine from years ago!I have just ordered the Urban Decay Naked basics 2 palette , to be honest I have tried numerous eyeshadow palettes in recent years including CT but this is my absolute favourite..
Ah thanks, so glad I asked! Sorry you didn’t get your money back!I've recently tried it and it's nothing special. Their promise of matching isn't correct, mine didn't match my skin. Wasn't great coverage and didn't last throughout the day. I also tried their cream to fill wrinkles and it made my skin SO dry and it felt awful and, again, didn't last.
I didn't even get my money back despite their promises so save your money x
Me too. I looked at it once and now they constantly bombard me with emails. I saw it in real life on a customer at work and didn’t rate it. It looked dry and I have really dry, sensitive skin so gave it a pass.Ah thanks, so glad I asked! Sorry you didn’t get your money back!
Le Beiges Chanel, Vieve Complexion Balm, Nars Light Reflecting, and Dior Forever foundation stick, all have incredible application. What’s everyone’s favourite foundation?![]()
Yes. I agree. I think it’s very chalky now too and the colour isn’t quite the same. I bought the MAC radiance serum foundation to try…it slides off me quite easily despite using a setting powder. I have been mixing the two together to use them up. Not sure where to go next. I’m 40 now and think the longer wearing foundations are starting to age me. I like a medium sort of coverage. Interested in suggestions too!Did anyone else love MAC Studio Fix foundation until they reformulated itUsed to find it really nice and glowy without being too much for my combination skin but since the reformulation it's more matte/chalky and seems to just sit on my skin? I've used it since I was 19 and it's been my go-to for yearssss. Does anyone have any recommendations for similar foundations (pre-reformulation)?
Yes, I haven't tried the new formulas yet as the reviews I've read haven't been very good. I use the YSL all hours foundation now.Did anyone else love MAC Studio Fix foundation until they reformulated itUsed to find it really nice and glowy without being too much for my combination skin but since the reformulation it's more matte/chalky and seems to just sit on my skin? The Chanel is my absolute die hard favourite.Le Beiges Chanel, Vieve Complexion Balm, Nars Light Reflecting, and Dior Forever foundation stick, all have incredible application.
Lasting power isn't great on any of them though, but the Chanel seems to last longest of the 3.
