I have really sparse, stubby bottom lashes (although to be fair my top lashes aren't that great) and really struggle with a mascara that actually defines and lengthens them. I'm forever looking for the holy grail of mascaras with no luck. Any suggestions?

I don’t really know what kind of product I am looking for but wondered if someone can help :ROFLMAO:

I fake tan my body but not my face as it normally causes spots. I don’t like to wear foundation every day so I normally use the Rimmel sun shimmer one day tan stuff, but I don’t like how matte it is and that it comes off so easily if anything touches it. Does anyone know of anything I could use instead that would look like a natural tan? Any skin tints or anything like that? I’ve heard about elf halo filter but wasn’t sure if that would do it

For mascara that doesn’t smudge at all, try Clinique Lash Power. I’ve always had a problem with mascara making me look like a panda after a few hours but that stuff does not shift.

I’m currently trying Merit tubing mascara but I’m not finding it that great. It’s ok but nothing more. Their Minimalist stick foundation is a game changer for me however and I love the blusher.

Clarins do a fake tan fluid, it’s not fake tan as such, it’s a liquid that you mix a couple of drops of with your normal moisturiser and it’s like a gradual tan thing. It’s really nice!

Trolls I really need help with a new mascara after Boots changed the formula on my go to - Extreme Lash. I'm spending £££ trying to find a suitable replacement! Musts are:

Waterproof
Plastic comb/wand rather than brush
Buildable so I can have a "light" look or more drama

Ones I've tried:

L'oreal telescopic lift - smudges badly
Maybelline sky high - find it doesn't coat lashes well
Max factor lash crown - not buildable enough

Thanks in advance for any suggestions!
I loved Too Faced Better Than Sex (they do a waterproof one) until I tried Sweed’s Cloud mascara. It is water resistant but not waterproof, although I got something in my eye the other day and rinsed it and it was fine. It has a plastic wand and is honestly amazing. One coat and my lashes are super long but not clumpy.

I used to love this mascara by Maybelline and can’t find a similar alternative (aside from Hourglass, which is expensive - can anyone help?

Does anyone have any recommendations for a good body concealer to cover dark thread veins on my legs? I've tried Dermablend but the coverage and colour match could be better 😊

For mascara, try the heroine make long and curl or volume and curl. It doesn't budge at all (I've even cried in it and it didn't even flake) and it is very impactful. I use the lengthening one and it always makes my lashes look amazing. Just need a strong makeup remover at the end of the day! Also really like the benefit magnet mascara. For bottom lashes, innissfree do a particular bottom lash mascara with a particularly skinny wand for those tiny lashes which is great.

I'm doing a make-up restock and looking for some advice.

I'm looing for a setting spray that will give me a healthy glowy look. I've been looking and the Pixi Glow Mist and the Iconic Prep Set Glow. I've read the reviews but just can't decide. Reviews seem to be better for Pixi, but I generally love Iconic so was wondering if anybody can offer any insight, or has a better recommendation? They are pricey to get one that's not great...

I'm also looking for a product for covering dark eye circles. For this I'm looking at Beauty Pie's Superluminous Under Eye Corrector. Has anybody used this? Is it good or is there a better product out there?

TIA xx

YY to the Beauty Pie super luminous under eye cream. I used to get the Becca one until they closed down and the Beauty Pie one is near as dammit the exact same.

Does anyone have any recommendations for a CC or BB cream? I have been using a Garnier one for a few years for work but feel like I need more coverage and the colour isn't working for me (I use light but it seems orangey). When I've been googling the one by IT cosmetics pops up a lot but wondered if anyone knows of a dupe or a slightly cheaper alternative?
I use the Eborian cc cream. You only need a little bit and it's fairly high coverage which surprised me. It's a bit more pricey but it's good stuff.

I don't know if Urban Decay changed the formula for their primer potion when they changed the applicator from a tube to doe foot, but it's gone from being my HG to absolutely useless at holding eye makeup in place. Any good ones?
