Does anyone have any recommendations for a dupe or alternative version of Urban Decau heavy metal eyeliner? Its out of stock and they dont know when they will get more. I like alot of glitter and want to expand but cant find anything in a wide range of shades.
Revoultion do a chrome eyeliner which is high impact and comes in lots of shades. Just looked and do they sell a glitter liquid eyeliner too.

Does anyone have any recommendations for a CC or BB cream? I have been using a Garnier one for a few years for work but feel like I need more coverage and the colour isn't working for me (I use light but it seems orangey). When I've been googling the one by IT cosmetics pops up a lot but wondered if anyone knows of a dupe or a slightly cheaper alternative?
I have used the IT cosmetics one and thought it was really really good. Sculpted by Aimee Tint and Glow is fab too. The Bourjois CC is good but similar price range to Garnier.

I have the IT Cosmetics CC and it's alright, but I have the lightest shade and it's a bit orangey on me and I don't think I'm even particularly fair - maybe average for a white Brit in the middle of winter! I think the Missha Perfect Cover BB is better than the IT Cosmetics - the shade match is better for me, it doesn't have a weird smell unlike the IT Cosmetics one, it's cheaper (£15-£18 ish), and I find the finish is better (no picking up dry patches, at least for me) and it fades more evenly throughout the day. The downside is that I haven't found a physical stockist so it's a big of guesswork when it comes to finding your shade, and there aren't many shades to pick from.

Does anyone have any recommendations for a moisturizer that is a nice glowy base for under makeup? I love the glowy skin look that's everywhere at the moment but I find most moisturizers tend to dry quite matte and it makes my foundation look dry and cakey.

Can anyone recommend a lip gloss that they really like? I’ve just bought what I thought was a lip gloss but is actually more a balm (Dior Addict Lip Glow) which is really nice but quite discreet- I was maybe wanting something a bit more obvious for a special event. If relevant, I am super pale skinned (to the extent that I am that pale I often look bordering on poorly…), would love to hear if anyone has a lipgloss they would swear by.
I love the Charlotte Tilbury pillow talk lip gloss

Not a moisturizer ( it’s a highlighter ) but Charlotte Tillbury Hollywood Flawless Filter is next level for giving you a glow and it just blends in with your foundation. I’ve only just started using it and love it.

Second this. I sometimes use it as a base for every day just with some concealer. Gives lovely coverage. I've been using it for about 4 years! xx

Thank you both - been eyeing up a few Charlotte Tilbury items for a while and it looks like that might be my first purchase!

Which foundation are you using? The problem may lie with that instead of/as well as your moisturiser.

I use MAC Studio Fix Fluid - I'm reluctant to try other foundations though (I have done in the past but a lot of them were disappointing, plus with MAC I know my exact colour match) 😅

I started using it last year and it's amazing like you are lit from within! I've seen people posting on Instagram that elf have a dupe for it that's just as good but don't know as haven't tried it - might be a cheaper alternative for everyday and flawless for going out etc

Can anyone recommend a budget foundation which is good for acne prone skin? I’m currently using Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush flawless but don’t want to pay £40 for foundation anymore

I’m gutted that Vichy Dermablend has been discontinued worldwide 😭 Thanks a lot for the hostile takeover, L’Oreal 👍 I have worn Dermablend 3D foundation for years now as it goes on like a non greasy concealer and is the only thing that covers my blemishes and scars without looking cakey. I’ve got three new ones in reserve from a site called Notino that still sells the deadstock, but after that I don’t know what I’ll do. I’m sure a lot of others who also need serious high coverage will be feeling equally gutted.

Hi everyone,
has anyone tried the Huda beauty setting powder?what are you're thoughts on it?
I'm currently using the beauty crop vitamin babe powder but it seems to exagerate my dry patches
Any recommendations are appreciated 😊

I recall that a brand Cover FX was good for this sort of thing including tattoo cover ups... They are in beauty bay so might be worth checking out

Trolls I really need help with a new mascara after Boots changed the formula on my go to - Extreme Lash. I'm spending £££ trying to find a suitable replacement! Musts are:

Waterproof
Plastic comb/wand rather than brush
Buildable so I can have a "light" look or more drama

Ones I've tried:

L'oreal telescopic lift - smudges badly
Maybelline sky high - find it doesn't coat lashes well
Max factor lash crown - not buildable enough

Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

Loving Benefit bad girl bang at the mo. You can sometimes get a decent deal on the big one and mini one together in a set.
