I've mostly stopped watching as well, but with the post on here saying he was losing staff I sneaked a peek. Luckily it was only a few minutes in until he got to it. And after telling us they had to close early the previous evening he says they are open tonight, but it is only Lorra who is working. While he walks about the golden mile with his camera. It wouldn't even have crossed his mind to do a shift in the bar. His day of reckoning may be closer than we think.
