Training with my PT, he said "look in the mirror at how different our bodies are"

I said "Yeah, you're fit and muscly and I'm not" he laughed. I laughed. And he moved exercises quickly.

I told my husband later on and he was laughing saying he obviously meant look at what his body is doing and see how different yours is and copy what hes doing.

Well it wasn't obvious to me that's what he was saying? 🫣

Ugh guilty of this, they just get smeared so easily at least i only wear them at home

I clean mine once a day as a rule (and more often of necessary) but they still get smears. It really does happen so easily
