Anyone else think it’s disgusting how they bring up the fact they’re against any form of pornography. What Josh had was not porn, it was abuse. Abuse against minors who have had their whole lives ruined by men like him.
if they really think that child abuse is on the same level of sin as porn, I’m disgusted

The judge has ruled that the previous child molestation evidence IS admissible in court.
Because she's been told her whole life that her thoughts have no place in a Godly woman's head.
Her preferences don't matter unless the man in charge of her says they do.
Her body is not hers to make decisions about, it is a commodity she must give up to a man who her father has chosen to sell her to. And if another man who she hasn't been traded to takes what they want from it, then she's the one who is evil, whos soul will be condemned for all eternity, for not wearing a long enough dress.
If a man hits her, or is violent to her during sex then it is her only purpose to pray for kindness for that man.
Her job in life is literally to be raped and to bare children.
Should she ever dissent from that, she'll be proved an unfit mother, never see her children again and be tortured in hell.
She was given 30 mins a week to discuss any feeling about anything with her parents throughout her whole childhood.
The only thing Anna has ever received genuine, pure, mutual love from is her children.
But she had no chance of protecting them from a life of the same, because her brain has been programmed to nullify gut feelings, expectations and any burgeoning seeds of self esteem.

Not just America either. They introduced them and the detructive cult that spawned them around the world. Not only did they introduce them, they styled and edited and framed and sanitised and glossed over them to make them look like a flawless example of wholesome Christian love and joy. They PR machined the flcuk out of the Duggars. TLC created the monstrous, monolithic obscenity that family have become.
They had a cameraman who was quietly moved to another programme because Michy found out he was gay and refused to work with him. They had other members of a film crew who expressed horror and disgust at having heard that demented cow physically abusing one of her small children in another room for some minor infraction. Nothing of it was shown on TV. Many of those technicians refused to work on the dhow again but their contractual obligations prevented them from revealing details of what they had seen and heard that made them feel abuse was taking place within that home.
Even when the first of the bombshells about Josh's predatory behaviour finally surfaced through a third party media outlet, TLC went in hard to script and edit carefully manufactured propaganda explaining his incestuous child sexual abuse away as a youthful misstep for which he had made amends long ago.
They did not just promote the Duggar family. They created the sanitised, perfect, fictional version of them which made both the creepy parents and the network multiple millions of dollars through exploiting and manipulating every child in that family. TLC are not just kinda complicit in the abuse of those kids. They enabled it, they escalated it and they covered it up. They created the environment in which Josh Duggar was able to prey on the vulnerable and abused children whose images he sought out and to believe that he was inviolate. That he could get away with anything.

JB is dangerously well connected in Arkansas. He was a Rep in the State legislature and I'm sure he still has many friends in powerful places in that state. I think it's important that the public continue to apply pressure and work to bring about a wider awareness of how abusive and predatory this Quiverfull theology really is or he could once again get away with it.
Oh as a side note just a few days ago I found out that the Arkansas State Trooper they "reported" his abuse of his sisters to is now serving 56 years in a Federal prison for the same crimes Josh Duggar is facing charges on now.
How did JB know to go to that particular state trooper, eh? Let's have a look at Daddy Duggar's hard drive, I say.

Institute of Basic Life Principles have a homeschool curriculum called ATI. Advanced Training Institute. It focuses on Godly Character rather than actual education. The dude who ran it really likes young girls feet.
Erm, we had a cot death in the family. And someone told me the lord giveth and the lord taketh away. I was just done. What god takes away a 3 day old baby!? I remeber the feeling of wanting to punch them quite vividly.
It was building for a while. I realised you could get qualifications like GCSEs. I overheard my parents talking about me never getting married. I am very queer. Just lots of things.
Nothing truely horrible happened to us. It was just fucked up. Like how one man twice my age asked if he could spirituality marry me when i turned 16.
I left when i was 14 and a half in the early morning of a wednesday. It was really cold but i just picked up my stuff and walked out of the door. I slept on the street for a bit but eventually managed to get a market job, then a bar job, then a house share. At 16 i got a call centre job and so on so forth. Managed to do my GCSEs in college over a year Got into uni with no alevels.
Funny thing is, now I'm head of my department in a major high street chain raking in more than my parents combined.
My parents got sucked in to it. The church leader was a see you next tuesday to them. Everyone has since left faith entirely (i have 7 sibilings). Having said that my parents have never and will never meet my sons.

The way they blamed the girls for what oh did is absolutely disgusting. I'm glad Jill seem to be very slowly making steps to leave the cult; I'm guessing the molestations and traumatic births (70 hours in labour with her first before an emergency c-section) helped her make that decision. She was literally raised to give birth to a many children a possible for God, imagine how traumatising it would've been for her to realise that was not possible. Anyone remember on 19 Kids and Counting when Josh called her a 'tattle tale'? Yeah, that was because she alerted her parents to him molesting the girls (possibly 5-year-old Joy).
Jessa is going to die in childbirth the way she carries on. Midwife not in town for the third birth. Bullshit, I'm sure there are many other midwives! One day the bleeding won't stop and they won't get to hospital in time. Apparently she's pregnant with her fourth too.
Josh is probably still cheating on poor Anna and yet he will be treated like a saint by Jim Slob when/if it ever comes out.
Jeremy only married Jinger because she's a Duggar. The balding prick only wants the fame and the money, he is apparently the only one to have a separate contract with TLC. The poor baby is a prop for the gram too, as the new one will be when she arrive next month.
Poor Kendra has slowly lost her giggles since Counting On started. I guess all those babies wear you down.
Lauren and Josiah look so unhappy. There's a lot of speculation he's gay but in that cult it's a sin to come out. He will be shunned from the family if he ever come out, like Michelle's sister. The marriage was totally arranged - 6 month from courtship to marriage.
Justin is way to young to be married and Claire looks like his mum. He's 17 but probably has the mentality of a 14/15 year old. He will probably become a dad next year too.

I was listening to a lawyer on YouTube last night break this down and it was really interesting. Josh is in huge trouble and there's almost no way of getting out of it, thank goodness. If anyone's interested:
It was late when I listened but from what I remember she said that he was likely caught by his IP address, and although everyone thought that when his car lot was raided in 2019 it was because of tax fraud, it wasn't - it was because they traced his computer to the images through a larger investigation involving images of children. I guess that means that he would have known all this time that this was what he was under investigation for this and not tax fraud. Said this likely involves a lot of images, it's not like he's being prosecuted for one image
She said his children will definitely be interviewed by CPS and there is a good chance that he will only be able to see them under supervised visits until they are 18 if he is out before then. Also said that 5 years in jail is the absolute minimum term for him, it's not like he can plea it down to 18 months, he might be able to plea it down from 10 years to 5 years, but Josh is going down for a long time. Said he probably won't be given 20 years as this is his first recorded crime.
She said that there's almost no chance of him getting away with this. Almost all federal cases end up with a plea deal, something like 2% go to trial and then only 0.4% are found not guilty. A small percentage do end up being thrown out on a technicality but unlikely with Josh as it's a pretty difficult issue to get around once it's been confirmed he downloaded the images.
