Skidmark is jealous that Morgan’s chateau is beautiful and will be stunning when restoration is complete. The Poseidon men fell in love with the GoGo chateau and wanted to buy the chateau but Morgan had already put in her bid and purchased it. Skidmark is very transactional and will not help others unless she will profit from it.
I know I sound like a broken record but I am going to send some good energy her way: Morgan is figuring out the restoration plans and discovering new aspects of the property weekly. It is understandably difficult, challenging, and overwhelming at times when you are essentially in charge of determining everything that needs to happen at the Château, how to manage expenses and money for restoration, and trying to do as much work as possible on your own. She is using her own money that she earned to purchase the chateau and in currently funding the restoration and is being frugal and careful with her expenditures.

tit In decades at the Dump. Morgan has admitted that she has no choice but to dig her heels in and complete the chateau project.
It is always easier to get started on a project when you have someone to work with you or just be present on the premises. It is also a lot easier if you have someone to complain to or complain with at the end of the day or discuss challenges, unexpected expenses, and mishaps. I believe that’s why Morgan comes across as frustrated or excessively complaining at times. She’s also the only person who has to retain all the information about every aspect of the Château, the electrical system, the plumbing system, the grounds, etc. Now, that could be her personality, who knows…. but it may come across differently if she had someone off camera to vent to or another sidekick to balance out her stress.
I know Morgan is not everyone’s cup of tea, but I still like her and I hope that she can grow her channel and get her chateau restored and the various businesses at the Château off the ground and running. I think it is difficult if you are the only personality on camera most of the time on a you tube channel, especially during times of stressful decisions/ situations. Even more viewers would hate Skidmark if she didn’t have the more unlikeable, useless Loser Philip around to showcase in CD videos.
Morgan has a willingness to learn. She will undertake the dirty, gross, hard tasks at the chateau, listens to all of the viewer feedback and take it into consideration in making decisions, and is learning about the chateau building, electrical and heating systems, roofing and grounds. She has learned how to mow the lawn, how to work portions of the heating system, learned about the roof, and decided to perhaps move her living quarters to the guard’s house at some point, while renovating the rest of the grounds. I believe she has to manage her budget carefully, so she may not have large projects going on 24/7. She is learning how to purchase items from the brocantes and online options and is very careful and thrifty with her purchases. She has made friends in the community and is learning to speak French.
She is 60 or so years of age, so you cannot expect her to plow through work at her château like mid 30s Dangerous Dan. (Dangerous Dan is going to look like a pretzel/train wreck in a few years as a result of all the damage he’s inflicted on his body in the past 2 to 4 years at the crispy Château.)
She understandably does need to take some breaks after performing a couple of days of strenuous physical labor, as anyone in their 50s or 60s would need to do. She has a great marketing background and once she gets her restoration plans more fully cemented and rolling, I’m sure that she’ll be able to find some ways to supplement her income with the sales and products or experiences that will actually be unique and attractive to viewers.
She will get into the swing of things and hopefully we’ll be able to vet a few good volunteers who can come and help with very specific aspects of the Château. It appears that she has good relationship with the Poseidon men, and hopefully that will remain so. I hope her daughter is able to visit her some
this summer and help her with some projects. I have a feeling her daughter may move to France one day, which would probably be appreciated and helpful to Morgan.
One good thing that did come from her stay at the dump three years ago was she made a very good friend with one of the visitors at the dump. The woman has been a very good friend to Morgan and has helped her greatly at the Château.
Skidmark still cannot even start a fire in an ebegged woodburner, or make an effort to clean the ashes out of it herself. She is incredibly lazy and work shy, bed rotting in cd videos, having staff bring her drinks in her 18th century Limoges sippy cup while she watches Netflix, trying to pretend that she is naked while filming, etc. I understand that Morgan feels pressured to kiss the ring of skidmark Jarvis since so many others in the Château related community do for some strange reason, but it does create a new set of issues when the CD zombies invade your YouTube channel and expect absolute allegiance and sucking up to the grifting, lazy gruesome twosome scammers.
Skidmark loves to travel and exploit others, and if she really wanted to help Morgan, Skidmark would have scrambled up to the Morgan chateau well over a year or so ago. SKidmark’s 50% purchase of the dump with inherited money ( or partially a divorce settlement payout) was a failed Daddy Derek property flip. Morgan purchased a property that she truly loves and wants to live in for the next, several decades.

With the huge income she has gotten from her patrons so far it should be like Versailles at the moment it has more in common with Emmaus. Who gets 24,000 euros a month and has made no real progress this year. Poor Amoury had to just mock up some cupboards for patreon day to make it look as if stuff is happening. What viewers would like to know is why did the builders leaf in a hurry and not return.
