I envy people who can listen to ASMR vids... they set my teeth on edge...all those hushed tones, clicking, rustling, the thought of it now is giving me the colly wobbles. Glad it helps though @Lochness MonsterYes it can be annoying if people suggest things relentlessly…but knowing how utterly exhausting and debilitating sleep deprivation can be i looked for alternative ways, so here goes.🩷
Meds did not help me.
After my TBI I was ‘ warned’ interrupted sleep may affect me. I thought how difficult could that be turns out- very!
Epsom salts in the bath has been mentioned here previously both for anxiety and muscle relaxation that relieves pain etc.
Having a snack of slow release carbs, diet allowing, before trying to sleep can also help. Eg a bowl of porridge or a flapjack.
ASMR videos also really help me, some specifically help with sleep.
Best ones IMO Little me Carmie, Nefertiti ASMR, the ASMR psychologist. Find one that works for you.

In any case I am sorry you have to go without sleep , it feels a cruel punishment.
