Wonderful news about the panels! We have “annual check ups” for our pets here in America also. Wellness checks. So it’s just like our human year physicals . We also have so much tick-borne illness, like Lyme Disease, our pets get vaccinated. Also yearly. Do you have that in France? Ticks bear so many illnesses!

Chihuahuas, as with any small friendly dog, want to be part of the action. While it is incredibly important that they stay connected to the ground, it might be less distracting to put him in his shoulder carrier for when you're in conversation. It's calmer and less wearing on his little legs and will make his back and legs last longer as he grows old. Just a tip from a long time owner/handler of the little guys.

So “ you can’t tell me what to do” Stephanie Jarvis, has thrown another temper tantrum, and not only failed to take the dog to the vet, failed to get the dog, flea and tick treatment, failed to get the ticks off her own damn dog, flings the dog over her shoulder and rubs his genitals across her neck and head again, and recklessly putting the dog in the danger of serious injury, if the dog fell. She thunks she is being “cutesy” by repeatedly endangering the dog for content.

Stephanie is very competitive with Dan. She wants to make sure that she doesn’t lose her standing as one of the two shittiest dog owners In the Chateauverse because Amaury is going to build her a special shelf above the radiator cover in the nonworking downstairs bathroom so she can display the trophy for 6 months out of the year before she has to take the trophy to the crispy château for display the remaining six months of the year.

I don't mind the taste, it's the squeaking they make when chewed that freaks me out! How can they be prepared to minimize the squeak?

I know just what you mean - my husband doesn't like that squeak, either! Do you have a microwave? If not, you can do the first step by blanching them in boiling water for 2-3 minutes - you'll hear them "pop" a little, which means they're ready. I do it like this when I'm going to make a salad with them, which is usually the blanched beans with tomato and a little vinaigrette and let it marinate a couple of hours. When you only blanch them, the squeak is still there, but the vinaigrette softens them as they marinate and the squeak isn't as bad! What I do is take a handful or two of beans, put them in a microwave-safe container with a bit of water (not covering the beans, but just enough to steam them), cover it and microwave for maybe two minutes. Then, I drain any water that's left, dry the beans on a paper towel and saute them very, very slowly in a tablespoon of butter and a tablespoon of olive oil until they're not crisp, but not mushy, either, if that makes sense. You can put herbs in with it, sometimes I put mushrooms in the pan, too, which gives it a nice flavor (if you like mushrooms!) but I saute the mushrooms first, then add the beans and slowly saute the whole thing until they're done the way you like them. When you add mushrooms, you'll get a little weird coloration from the mushroom (unless you take out the gills), but it still tastes good (if you like mushrooms - so many people don't, but we like trying different wild varieties that are in season, but mostly use the brown Bella ones).

I promise, they melt in your mouth if you do it this way - no squeak!

ETA: Do you like spicy food? Momofuko Chili Crisp is really good on the beans, too! We've been eating that a lot lately!

5. She never mentions presence of conjunctivitis, scar tissue, ulceration of the eye, etc. reasons for blocked duct that result from their neglect and failure to get appropriate medical care for the dog.
