All financial information is readily available to the public for a fee, more detailed accounts held at the National Registry of France. I agree this is not the platform .. it’s just far too juicy, patiently awaiting a notification from one of the YouTubers .. spilling the tea 🔥
Our group will not go that route but hopefully we will influence SJ to do the right thing sooner rather than later. If not, perhaps one of the members (a reporter by trade looking into the shadow side of Pateron) will be compelled to write a little something. I am not the reporter by the way. I only have one job and it is watch here. I love you yentas. lol

He might’ve appealed with his weakass joke excuse.
He may have. Let me see what I can find out.

I agree. I’ve just watched the flog and was taken a back by a bolshy SJ, seemingly fuelled with confidence and cockiness by the arrival of Cat.
I know Cat’s a popular character but by association she’s one of them, I suspect there’s more to her visits than meets the eye?! Just like there’s more to the London trips than meets the eye!! View attachment 1247254
Yes - what DOES Kat get out of going there?

I thought the Gardeners Cottage had no plumbed water and there was no septic for Ma and Pa's cottage or Michaels. But I haven't been kept up with that clan's hijinks for months.
Yes, that’s correct for the gardeners cottage (I’m not sure about Ma and Pa’s cottage). In one of his videos, Michael showed that the drain for his kitchen sink literally dumps wastewater on the ground just outside the wall of the gardeners cottage. I don’t know how he could obtain an occupancy permit for the cottage if there’s no connection to a septic system or a functioning bathroom. I can’t imagine the French authorities would be lax on that.

Beats me? Baffling isn’t it? I’d love to know.
There are quite a few comments on the latest flog (most are being deleted but some are slipping through the net) suggesting Dan may be the reason for this visit.
Her part in the Shitshow and her friendship with Fanny probably has a mutual benefit, birds of a feather and all that 🙄

Just a reminder, Dan isn’t married. He and Annalise have never married. And he’s the type to take advantage of that.

I am in no way a stephfender... But in a effort to keep things honest...I have a brain that has to wrap around whatever is in it... My brother inlaw works for USDA as a soil conservation specialist... I asked him about ripping trees out and the roots on an incline... Anyway after they cut down the trees and took out the stumps behind the chaple... Tore up the ground cover with the equipment... It would be advised to plant something to avoid soil erosion... Granted it could have been grass seed or something with dense roots more economical... So the timing of that garden is actually what should be done after tree removal... Credit where credit is due...

I’m not sure what exactly is going on but I think the chateau is mostly finished and they’ve realized they don’t want to do the wedding business and it’s too big to have little children in. Maybe they’ll rent it out, but he’s got a lot of antiques in there so who knows. I think the convent is meant to be an income generator and it also has a huge garden area. It could be an event space, retail, restaurant, pretty much anything. It would make sense he wants people living there right away to put some life back into it and watch over things. I think Ryan is debating on living there and not sure what he wants to do. I think they’re hurrying Michael along because something is happening, but I’m not sure what. He could go live in Sadie’s until the cottage is done, so he’ll be out one way or another. I think the convent has potential for a lot of things, it’s a lot of space. It’s also right next to the hospital, so that’s good for rental for hospital staff. I guess they’ll show over time.
the hospital in Ernee isnt there anymore..I know Ernee..it a very dead town..everything closes there..getting a roaring business on retail and events there will be a huge task...

I don't think BJJ's family is well-off- I think they are just comfortable and middle-class. But, I will have to give him credit- BJJ's English is quite good, and he does seems somewhat educated in the arts and theatre, and all things Spode. Either he's a REALLY good actor, or his grandparents were far more affluent than we know.
looking at the house snorts parents live in its ok...they are not wealthy but doing ok..His English..well we all learn English here at school..so .. Selmar for sure is not very highly educated..i get the feeling he has some learning difficulties..I suspect snort may have had a good education..i think he is a Havo type..we called it in the old days..a general education preparing for a higher one..my guess is he stopped there..and got a bit drifting..with that theaterthing and all.him working as a waiter is meaning he hasnt finished his higher education..Dutch people are not interested in porcelain..at least not the ones from his age.....i have the feeling his grandparents were..and i think he spend more time with them than other guys of his age...or maybe he is just born old...

There's sure a lot of traffic on that road in front of the convent! I guess "dead" is relative! I live in a very small rural town and I'm so glad not to have traffic like that anywhere in our town! And I wouldn't call our town "dead", though to a city dweller it probably feels that way.

Sorry, but I do not see any "hotness" in either of them. Bad to worse! @Fennelbug
To be fair, one of them is easier on the eye than the other...compare & contrast!!!

Lol. Oregano too. Lol. We day or-REG-an-o. For syllables. Emphasizing the second.

How you pronounce it is irrelevant, we are not going to change the way we speak because of the way Americans pronounce the name of herbs, learn to appreciate our differences.

@Rosie Hugh I'm making an observation. There was nothing derogatory in anything I said.

It's funny how you guys say clematis..... We day clem-MAT-tis. Three syllables not one. You guys stuff the whole word in one syllable. Lol. We spread it out into three and emphasize the second.

I can't see what is funny about the pronunciation of clematis, that's the way it's pronounced in English. Are you only now appreciating that some words are pronounced differently in English speaking countries?

@Rosie Hugh again there is nothing negative or derogatory in anything I've said. I simply made an observation.

@liza martin A rather pointless observation and to describe how someone speaks as "funny" and "Lol" compared to the way you speak is both rude and unnecessary.

@Rosie Hugh I'm not saying anything rude at all. You are the only one being rude. I happen to find the differences interesting. I know many others who find it interesting too. There are whole YouTube channels just talking of the differences bc it's interesting. If you don't think so you can scroll passed. To insinuate I'm mocking instead of just enjoying the fun of noticing the differences is ridiculous. It just shows where you head is and who you are. It has nothing to do with me. I'm allowed to enjoy language nuances like many others.

@liza martin You were clearly mocking and ignorant to boot, hence you wrote more than one post along the same lines.

Try investing in a dictionary and when you hear a word you haven't heard before, look it up or even look it up online - you'll widen your vocabulary.

He made the curtains for that massive window on the stairs too. Is a shame he has gone so far off the rocks.

I have a new laptop and was thinking something was wrong with it, changing the settings etc. Then checked another video and realised. Don't know why, but not a good idea. I wonder if she left some filter on her phone by accident?
that vlog made kirsty getting red like a tomato..i was expecting her to explode at any second.. 🙄 it was blurry too...not a good idea Fanny to get out of bed so early..

Based on his recent attempt at a bike ride, Dan may be skinny, but he's not healthy. Too much smoking? Too much boozing? Too many late night activities at the shiteau....time to shape up Dan! (in more ways than one)

Do they only sell that shade of green paint to French chateau owners? Anna and now Teabag?
Maybe her majesty uses little green..it sounds like it is the top brand of paint in the Uk?? is it??

OK, what was SJ aiming for with the new dark look of her vlog? DC Comics Universe? Batman?
In her effort to make her videos look artistically cinematic, she managed to make every viewer feel like they have an eye problem!
Low exposure, high tint, and low contrast are the worst for combination, especially for her kind of vlogs!

SJ, you're no Zack Snyder or Tim Burton. For crying out loud, you're a vlogger whose followers are mostly visually-challenged grandmothers!

And remind me why she films in her jammies???
