Oooh yay! Glad there is now a Challenge thread: we love it in our house
For me it’s the perfect blend of drama and then challenges - life that it’s not all physical and some of the strongest get stumped by the puzzles I had no idea what that pyramid game was in the War of the Worlds 1 final was? I think they all timed out? Hunter is just so

I get so into each story every series and totally get sucked in by the edit: I went from loving Cara to disliking her in her last couple of seasons: so entitled and moany (and Paulie is not hot at all).

I agree about Kyle - he was such a prick on GS but I’d love him to win one: he’s such a Scrapper and plays a decent political game.

I love this show! Only just found it recently and I have 3 seasons on the go in 2 different rooms in my house!!! Love Kyle and like other hated him in GS. He's tough out. CT is my all time fave. I even fancy him a little. OK a lot

In the UK but don’t have Sky but it’s ok, I’ve got 30+ seasons to catch up on. Currently watching ep.3 of season 35 and intend going back as far as I can on Hayu

I’ve been watching the challenge for years, I’m so glad it’s getting popular again. It started real world/road rules challenge back in 98 I think. We’re currently on season 35! I remember when it first aired (feeling old)

It’s great for a bit of drama etc but the physical challenges they do are great. There’s a heap of UK people now but some of the veteran US stars are fab (CT is my biggest crush)

I just found this on Netflix, binged the two seasons on there and now watching the rest on Hayu thanks to my daughter’s subscription. Can’t stand Bear or Kayleigh. Liked Cara Marie on Vendettas and War of the Worlds, but gone clean off her on War of the Worlds 2. Like Jordan and Tori but as I’ve not seen any of the early seasons, that could change.

30,31 and 32 are considered a Trilogy of season, similar cast, storylines etc. Rogan Joss and Kyle joined in season 31.

33,34,35(current season) are when the bulk of the U.K. cast joins.

Season 29 Is also good as it has some of the really well known veterans.

So you could start at 29 if you have time, or 30 or 33.

It’s pretty easy to catch up and figure out who people are. They do reference past seasons a bit at times but nothing a quick google can’t clear up.

Anyone else feel like the finals are getting less interesting every series?

Not saying they are easy, but there seems to be less involved? And they big them up every time saying they are the most challenging ones yet

What are your thoughts on it so far?

I am enjoying it, it'll never be what it was in the old series but I'm liking getting to know all the new faces

I really liked her in the first war of the worlds season but then her carry on with Bear just annoyed me!

I don’t know about gay but I just have an intense dislike for him. He reminds me of those bloke who think they own a girl but will happily do what they want. He is also so arrogant for someone who was scared to go into an elimination last year and crashed and burned his first season

I used to really dislike Kyle too when he was on Geordie shore but I think on The Challenge he is hilarious, he has some of the best confessionals

I really want to see more of Kaycee and Fessy this season. They’ve been quiet so far.
I don’t like the relationship drama stuff, I like the politicing and the challenges. Hopefully as the season goes one the relationship stuff will die down

Exactly what I thought and for the cast to actually gel and stuff but , esp as the US one seemed to go on for a while. I wonder if the others are so short

I find him rather sexy body wise. Personality wise I'm not sure. Certainly not heard he's gay before. Though he and Joss are good friends. There's a man sandwich I wouldn't mind being the filling of.

And his penis is very average sized at best. Not that I'd complain.
