Even though I saw it many times, Honey's death made me feel sad all over again. I always liked her character.

And there's a brilliant scene between Zain and Jack when Zain is finally found out and arrested. Jack asks to speak to him before he is taken away and it's just a superb piece of acting from both of them, with Zain trying to put on a front, through his tears, at the end, as Jack leaves the room.

I absolutely love The Bill. I had so many crushes but can't recall all their names. Rod Skase was number one and Jack Meadows. I loved the acting of Cyril Nri as Chief Superintendent Adam Okaro. The serious guy who was in Corrie, I don't know his name. It was a superb piece of quality TV.

Smith definitely changed, he wasn’t very nice at all, when he first started!
I love all the old ones too, especially the Eddie Santini story with “Rosebud”, I think I read on here, they are married in real life!

So for nostalgia sake and not to derail any further I’ve set up a thread here for anyone who wants to chat all things Jasmine Allen and the Brontë Estate!

I have found my people, I absolutely love The Bill, I am constantly watching and rewatching it!

My favourite character was Smithy and I love the Gun Runner episodes!

I was about to comment here that the older series includes the storyline about Ray Moore. Remember Ray Moore and how often Heaton mentioned Ray Moore, Ray Moore, Ray Moore.

And then Celebrity Traitors popped up on my newsfeed and guess who is in it only Ray Moore / Mark Bonnar.

DI Burnside and PC Steve Loxton are my top two - complete opposites but both equally LUSH. I’d be happy to commit a minor crime if it meant Steve Loxton getting the handcuffs out

Okaro was one of my favourites in The Bill. There was something compelling about his acting. Natural and very watchable.

That was partly why I couldn't take to Heaton at first. I loved Okaro.

Did you find it weird when you’re rewatching and notice all the actors they reused? I guess at normal pace it was aired on TV you wouldn’t notice.
The biggest one for me is the Radford priest son coming back as Callum

I had to watch this one.
I noticed around this time is the climax to the Matt/ Emma/ Will storyline. I liked that one

I laughed all over again at Phil appearing in the trousers that are too small, and which promptly ripped. Uniform suits him too!
