Let’s hope she spends these final hours with her boy rather than spouting utter rubbish over the radio.

How can his own mother have such little respect for her own son? 😔 I don't think anyone in their sane mind would post photos like this of their loved ones?!
It's what parents like Hollie do isn't it? Slap every single aspect of their kids life on social media, no matter how embarrassing for the child. Naked in the bath, when they've pooed everywhere as a baby, when they get a girlfriend, their school reports. They have no privacy in life, seemingly no privacy in death either.

Thinking of Archie 💕

little mite will be free soon.
Also thinking of hollie, I don’t like her one bit, but my god I hope she doesn’t cause any problems, and she’s there when the time comes,

What’s everyone’s general consensus on here as to if he meant it or not?
I’m firming in the camp that he intended to take his own life, I’ve never bought into being an accident or online challenge as she portrays.
I find this really difficult. I have a son just a few months younger than Archie and he would have no idea about suicide or how to do what Archie did. However I am also aware that Archie seemingly had unsupervised access to things like TikTok and presumably other sites that my son doesn’t so will have come across things that maybe he shouldn’t which could have influenced his actions. If he did have ADHD then that can make you impulsive so maybe did it without fully thinking through the consequences or maybe he was just experimenting. I don’t believe that it was a TikTok challenge.

She's KaraokeQu33n1, the other Karaoke queens are imposters and not to be trusted.

In Twitter searching I keep getting results about Riverdale, by the way, which sounds absolutely batshit.

I think he meant to do it. The thing is when attempting self-extinction via hanging is that you've got to get it *right*, as insensitive as that might sound. Too much and you risk decapitation, too little and you risk quite a slow and unpleasant death, unless of course you either self-save or are saved by somebody else in the meantime. If somebody acts on impulse and doesn't fully understand what they're doing or how they're going to do it then there's a lot of room for error.

I think things are about to get a whole lot worst
You would think hollie would go hospital spend the last hours with her boy but we all know she will be on Facebook getting the army rattled and doing tv interviews 😞

Not sure I believe that. I was diagnosed with ADHD when I was 14, I’m now 36. I’m not sure why people think having ADHD means you are a bit simple.
I was fully aware of everything at 12, certainly knew if I killed my self I would be dead. Don’t think you are giving Archie enough credit here.
Easy there, I'm certainly not saying ADHD or any other neurodevelopmental condition makes you "simple"

What ADHD can lead to is poorer inhibitory control and executive functioning, and increased impulsivity. These behaviours put someone, especially a child, at risk of attempting suicide without fully understanding what the consequences of these actions will be. This is pretty well documented in the child pyschopathology literature, and is a reason these populations are (supposed to be) prioritised for mental health support if needed.

EDIT: even without the ADHD symptoms, I still don't think as 12 year old fully understands what a suicide attempt means

So it’s noon tomorrow with no wiggle room for his Mum to appeal to Mother Nature, the Pope, the President or some far off faith healer on the other side of the world?

I really hope that Hollie uses her time wisely now, spends it with her son. Holds him, reads to him, chats to him, plays his favourite songs and makes peace with things. It actually breaks my heart to think about it.

I wasnt referring to his additional needs because I think it makes him simple in any way I have spoken previously about my own son. Its the impulsive behaviour that I was referring to that he wouldn't understand the concequences due to just focusing on the then.
