Yes. I looked this up last year. He's actually made a loss over the years. Most of them fail.
I should imagine any loss he's made is offset by his fee for doing the show. I can't imagine he'd carry on with it if he was consistently losing money.
I think he still gives his annual fee to Great Ormond Street.
