The tasks are designed to fail in a way that's frustrating to watch. In a normal events business you'd know what to offer the client based on their budget and not have to two halves of a team making decisions regarding what to offer and what to charge independent of each other.

The trouble is they are so terrified to spend any actual money on things because they don't want to get fired they want everything for nothing and clients aren't like that the luxury clients will be so disappointed a pottery class with no instructor

I was confused by that. She wanted to be up for inclusion for PM and was putting forward reasons why she’d like to do it yet when it came for the vote for the other candidate, she put her hand up for him instead (in the beige top)
