I think they had a soft spot for Jordan in general, but I can't see how his actual business idea ever works. Surely it would have been easy for him to check the price for advertising beforehand too. Maybe because I am familiar with Blender etc I am more critical of his idea, good luck to him and I hope he maximises whatever good will he has garnered from the show but not sure his actual plan has solid foundations.

last year the dentist Paul, he did interviews with a scrubs business and they were like na you should offer a stake in your cosmetic dentistry biz and he rewrote the plan before the board room and then Big Al found out it was a stake in a second practice and fired him
She was always called Ambrose by a candidate who got the chop about half-way through. I find that calling her Ambrose to myself makes her bearably ludicrous
I thought Anisa held herself very well in the interviews but Im not sure about Dean as the other finalist. I love when Mike goes digging and comes up with the goods. Claude has aged a lot, maybe the weight loss making him look older.
Claude has/has Hodgkins Lymphoma and at one point was told by doctors he only had six months to live.

Also agree with a lot of people about Chisola, I was sad to see her go. I don’t understand why they don’t choose people based on their business plan though in the beginning, would make so much more sense!

I think it was more that he has a viable business already than his plan/interviews, whereas Chisola’s was just a concept and one they proved was catered for by a number of companies already.Sorry super late to the party, but how did Dean get through? So petty but chisolas hair during the interviews looked awful. It was like she couldn’t work out whether to have it up or down so did both 
I’m really surprised she didn’t make it through tbh. I’ll never understand why they don’t review the business plans in early tasks, the current format allows people with businesses which lord sugar would inevitably never invest in get all the way through the process when they never stood a chance at investment anyway

Her wig was peeling away as the interviews went on I think that plus the long cape and then the very high heels must have been so distracting and uncomfortable for her throughout the interviews.
The business plan was also why I didn't think Mia would get far, not sure Alan cares about meal prep for athletes and also how do you compete with big name brands already doing it.

If you had to choose your own tasks for the candidates to do what would you pick? For me here are 4 tasks which I would choose:
Children's toy or game
Creating a new flavour of Ice Cream
Making accessories for Cats.
Creating a new type of washing up liquid (for context I did this in high school and I had a fun time creating it)

I love that idea as it would be something new.
I used to love Beat The Boss on Cbbc with Saira Khan. They did an ice cream episode and it was my favourite one

I used to love the tasks where they had to go to a trade show representing a product, because a bit like the QVC task there would always be one team that missed the point of building rapport with the owner/creator so that you get first dibs.
I also keep getting served clips from the very early series including Ruth Badger in an estate agent task where they had to let flats. Very nostalgic - and a real mix of outfits rather than the GirlBoss aesthetic.
