Sounds good, not anywhere near any McDonald’s or anything and I’ll be quite heavily pregnant so Money will be for arcades kids tatt that they want to buy and maybe a bag or 2I think inclusive you will be ok as things are supposedly 65 % cheaper in turkey than UK
I googled .. to get perspective, a McDonalds meal there is about 20-15 liras . mid range restaurant 60-120 liras. apparently 434 lira a day is a good amount.
If you're all inclusive, unless you are planning to leave the resort and go on trips etc, then it shouldn't cost you anything.Random question since we haven’t been abroad since before covid! Going to Turkey for 7 days all inclusive on a resort me and my 2 kids Iv already bought floats and sun cream etc sooo my question is will 5000 lira be enough for a week? It’s about £260 roughly.. and then £100 for airport for there and back food or whatever (will be taking lots of food too incase if delays) money is super tight since the inflation and I’m also starting maternity a couple of weeks before we go..
if I were you I would set aside a budget, kind of like as you have done, for airport transfer, spending money etc. But the positive of being all inclusive, is that everything is covered and you could go and no spend anything!Random question since we haven’t been abroad since before covid! I crochet in winter months. I used to get like rope burn on my left pinky finger but it turns out i was getting my tension wrong. There are different ways to hold the hook and yarn. Last year I taught myself how to hold my yarn differently from a youtube video and it worked for me. I am on a Crochet group page thing on Facebook and quite often others say they are having RSI issues etc. I think we just have to try not to hold the yarn and hook too tight, and also take regular breaks.I've tried so many different ways to hold the yarn but there's only one way that works for me an it just makes my hand hurt but can't just give it up now, not that I really want to either
Thanks, I'll try an see if I can not hold onto it all too tightly, am still finding tension hard to work with, people on YouTube make it all seem like nothingI crochet in winter months. Am dyslexic as well, I'd be the same as you, does it need to be sent to the customer to check? Is there no family or friends that could help just the once if you are in aloneI’m dyslexic and generally I cope quite well, however I’ve got to order some pretty expensive signs at work. I made a mistake in the mock ups which is fine but I am conscious that I need to get this right. Is it unprofessional to send them to my customer and say, please could you double check these as I’m dyslexic. I’m the only one in the office next week so I have no one to ask there.
Just take birth certificates, my cousin has two kids with her surname an the 3rd with her exs surname, she's never had a problem before with taking the birth certificates, they might ask about it but shouldn't be a problemHas anyone any advice for taking a child on holiday with a different surname to you? We go every year and it hasn’t been a problem I just get all our birth certificates out etc if they ask which they only have once but that’s usually when coming back form Spain this time we’re coming back from Turkey and Iv got in my head the uk border control will be stricter and maybe even the Turkey one will be too.. I mean it’s very obvious he’s British his pale white hair blue eyes (the total opposite of me) we go in 3 weeks and we have no contact with his dad and haven’t since he was born.. am I just over thinking it? Will 2 copies of birth certificates and notice of birth be enough proof?
YeahAnyone had a delivery using Evri before? If they miss you do they leave a card in your letter box?
Yes they do , if your tracking is coming up delivered they should have emailed you a pic of where they left it.Anyone had a delivery using Evri before? If they miss you do they leave a card in your letter box?
I think Evri used to be Hermes. Probably trying to rebrand because their image is so shit@WilmaHun @monga
Thank you both! I have had a message from them now to say that they have a package at the depot after they failed to deliver it. I was 100% it was a scam but I’ve never had any dealings with Evri so I wanted to double check just in case someone had sent me a package that I didn’t know about (my mum has a habit of posting random things to me)
if it was a text like this, yeah it’s a scam. I keep getting loads of them@WilmaHun @monga

If she doesn't want to, leave her to it. It may be that she is embarrassed or scared and someone pushing you makes you less likely to go.Would you guys encourage swimming lessons for an adult who never learnt how to swim?
It’s the waking up early (anything before 12am) my 19 year old sister has the biggest trouble with and the reason she doesn’t want to go. Don’t know if i should keep bugging her about sessions whilst she still has a break from uni or let it drop.
We just have the traditional fan tail goldfishes.
Never had babies so they must all be boys.
Yeah I agree. Also think that things like exercising are quite hard if you want to do it and pretty much impossible to get motivated for if you don't have any internal drive to make a change, so someone pushing won't help. Gently mentioning it from time to time might help to plant a seed so that eventually she might decide herself she wants to do itIf she doesn't want to, leave her to it. That is exactly what it looked like. Why do people do shit like thisif it was a text like this, yeah it’s a scam. I keep getting loads of them

I learned to swim to as an adult and it was the best thing I did. I always struggled as a kid. In hindsight I think I needed a bit more of a 1-1 and to be able to do it in my own time. Adult classes allowed me to go at my own pace.Would you guys encourage swimming lessons for an adult who never learnt how to swim?
