We've a "Compucleaner" to do this, though I'm sure there are cheaper versions. It's been quite handy for the kid's consoles and blowing crumbs out of my computer keyboard too.

I wouldn’t use a cloth. It’s quite easy to knock something out of place. I use a can of compressed air, which you can buy on Amazon. You can then just blow the dust out. There are lots of videos online showing you how to do it.

Hello everyone. My fridge freezer has broken down. It's ancient and honestly doesn't owe me a penny. So, I need to replace it.
The trouble is, my kitchen is upstairs.It's a converted cottage and my bedroom is downstairs. Living room and kitchenette upstairs.
I will need to order online because I've had back problems and struggle with pain and mobility.
Does anyone know of a firm - like John Lewis for example who will carry it upstairs for me and remove / dispose of the old one ?
I'm really stressing about it. Anxiety is a witch.

Hi there! Sorry for your troubles, I get so anxious about all these things too. Most of the appliance providers will deliver to the kitchen and remove the old appliance. They might just charge at extra few quid with it. Harvey Norman did it for me!

It's the stairs that are worrying me. I bought a chair last year from a local firm and despite knowing about the stairs, refused delivery and just went away.

I’ve been to Reddit for you! A lot of people recommended Appliance Online and their help section says they deliver up steps and remove old appliance. Maybe call before ordering to confirm etc.

If you have a Google of "do AO deliver upstairs", there are quite a few Reddit posts with people discussing that they do.
Always worth a phone call to reassure you though. Alternatively, maybe a local, non-chain company where you could visit the showroom in person?
