Random problem - I am being cyber stalked by someone or maybe even a group of people
I think the only thing you can really do in that situation is to block them all an make sure you lock down everything, take away the option to search for you, an temporarily change profile pics an names just for a short while so they don't know what your new profile pic an name is, make sure you email an number is hidden completely an if possible take away your number so it's not up there as a option to search for you from itRandom problem - I am being cyber stalked by someone or maybe even a group of people
Locking things down and/or using a finsta instead for SM. Depending on the kind of stalking you should report it to the policeRandom problem - I am being cyber stalked by someone or maybe even a group of people
Across social media platforms or via email? What are they actually doing and do you know why? Not asking to be nosy but to try and determine what you can do to prevent it. Obviously, blocking, name changing, profil pic changing etc.Random problem - I am being cyber stalked by someone or maybe even a group of people
Thought I'd update on this an say thanks to all those that helped, the decision has been made an it will be the Aygo X, I sat in the Aygo an didn't quite feel right so they showed me the X which I instantly liked, test drove both an felt better in the X as well so thanks for all those that gave me info on the aygo, decided to go for the Edge model as well as I liked the two tone colourStuck with a decision between two cars, what would people go for
Toyota aygo
Or
Hyundai i9
Both are similar size which is the size I am looking for, originally I was thinking the aygo but after seeing the i9 am now thinking of it
Am also at the very fortunate stage where I could go new with both an also have colour choice so I can't even make the choice based on the milage or age of the car or colour
That's a massive hassle and they all want to push responsibility onto someone else. It's my understanding that it's the GP's responsibility to write those notes. Maybe try to email them and leave out the back story and make it sound really routine? 'I had a stroke and am now fit and well and need a letter from you for my employer's HR dept' something like that. Hope you get it sorted. Can anyone help?
At the end of January I had a bleed on the brain. Luckily it was a small bleed and i have been left with no disability other than I do get fatigued more easily than I did and on the odd occasion and I do mean odd I sometimes can't find a word I want.
I want to return to work but my employer is saying he won't have me return unless I get a letter from the hospital to say I'm fit to work. I work in an independent retail shop. It's not rocket science but can be busy in the summer months. So quickly we established the hospital were not going to write such a letter, the stroke units take on it was if you want to go to work then go to work. My employer wasn't satisfied with that.
After much toing and froing an appointment with an Occupational therapist was made. He's coming today at 1.45pm. Speaking to him on the phone I told him what my employer had asked for, he said he was not medically trained in that respect and he will be be drawing up a phased return to work only. I need to contact my GP to get a fit to return to work form.
I rang the GP's and the receptionist tells me no it's up to the occupational therapist if you're fit to do your job or not.
Really??
All I want to do is go to work. It's a 2 day a week job. Should it be this difficult? Has anyone else had this amount of problems?
Not sure why they are all going back and forth over who's responsibility it is, when I was out of work an went back due to health it was my GP that done my back to work notes and my work place done a phased back to work for me, am pretty sure all work places need to be able to do a phased back to work themselvesCan anyone help?

I wonder if the receptionist means the GP needs the Occupational therapists report to write the letter, a fit to work certianly comes from the GP all be it usuyally at a charge. Can anyone help?

Without details is hard to say and I appreciate why you haven't given them. Are you looking to get the compensation out of your own insurers or a third parties? Or are you looking to go after your insurance company outside of the claim via solicitors?Has anyone got any tips or experience about getting the maximum out of insurance claim? I’ve been victim of an extremely traumatic event which has put me out of my home for 5 months so far. Solicitors have not been interested as no one was severed in half or anything .
They have not covered accommodation or anything so far. It’s the person at fault’s insurance. I’m open to either option tbh, my life has been in ruins for monthsWithout details is hard to say and I appreciate why you haven't given them. Usually, they would be covering the cost for alternative accommodation, the costs to repair any damage and and medial needs you have as a result of the incident. It would all depend on your specific policy if there was anything more in terms of compensation.
If your home is not habitable, they should be covering alternative accommodation and the repairs. Have they covered anything? They have not covered accommodation or anything so far. It’s the person at fault’s insurance. I’m open to either option tbh, my life has been in ruins for months
I hope you're ok.Has anyone got any tips or experience about getting the maximum out of insurance claim? I’ve been victim of an extremely traumatic event which has put me out of my home for 5 months so far. Solicitors have not been interested as no one was severed in half or anything .
No to everything. If your home is not habitable, they should be covering alternative accommodation and the repairs. Have they covered anything?
Do you own your home? Do you have insurance? I would be looking to put in a claim via your insurer who can claim for any costs from the other party.
Thank you for thisI hope you're ok.The LegalAdviceUK sub on Reddit would be a good place to ask about this if you can manage to do so without giving personal info away.
Sorry this has happened to you. Contact Citizens Advice. They give free legal advice and assistance on all sorts of issues and are a far more reliable source than Reddit!Thank you for this
. It keeps saying too short![]()
If its not your home, you need to go via your landlord/HA or the Council. Whoever owns the property will have insurance which will help fight the other side.No to everything.
