Oh boy. Chicken is hard to deal with.I had food poisoning once (shop bought chicken sandwich), and was miserable for weeks afterwards - horrid nausea and unable to keep food down. In the end I went to see my GP, and once I'd had a course of antibiotics I soon recovered. Turned me into a vegetarian a bit quick.
This might sound stupid but why not try over the counter tablet for travel sickness? It might help until you get a diagnosisOh boy. Chicken is hard to deal with.
I’m a vegetarian too and don’t consume any dairy either. I’d probably have to go back to the doctor because whatever medicine I got which was prescription only clearly didn’t work.

For the past 2/3 weeks, I have been experiencing daily nausea. From the moment I wake up, until bed time. I vomited an entire day two weeks ago and thought it was good poisining but I don’t think this is the case given how long it’s lasted. I thought it was PMS related but I had my period last week, it’s now ruled out.
I can barely eat because of how nauseous I’ve been. My appetite has severely decreased as well but I’m putting this down on the nausea.
The doctor gave me a prescription to use 5 days, it helped a bit but the moment the prescription ended, the nausea came back instantly.
I have blood tests to do, but I’m honestly exhausted. I was at work today and had to rush to the bathroom multiple times because I felt so unwell.
Has anyone ever experienced this?

Is there any way you could be pregnant though and the period was implantation? Have you changed anything in your diet/supplements/toothpaste etc that you could be intolerant to?

I have experienced phases of inexplicable nausea in my life and the thing that worked for me was motilium, for pregnancy sickness; keeping my blood sugar stable with lots of protein (eggs for me) and taking b vitamins helped. I know that nausea in pregnancy has been shown to worsen with anxiety and stress, so it’s possible your stress from this could prolong the problem as rubbish as that is. I do sympathise. I’m waking nauseous at the moment through stress and gagging cleaning my teeth… the same way I did when I had to quit uni but I’m also having it in the evening with sneezing and running nose so god knows what this is.Health related. Might be nothing but always take a representative into a meeting with you, never go them alone, if your with a union you can ask your union about it, if not then you should be able to find one in your company that can be there, all company's should be offering a non bias representative for meetingsHR has been included in a probation review meeting - which is also several months late but I think that’s more down to the company being disorganised

I think you should have the whole thing removed before getting an implant, at least my dentist told me that. I had a root canal years ago which wasn't done completely because the root bends slightly so extremely hard to fill it fully. I now have an infection starting in there so will have to get the whole tooth removed. It sounds weird getting an expensive implant when you might need to get rid of it if infection happensI’m literally livid right now.
I had previously posted about my fear of getting my tooth roots removed after two teeth had fallen out and abscesses grew. This fear due to previously incompetent orthodontists/dentists I had work done with before.
So, despite my fears, I went to get the procedure done by this dentist who supposedly is highly skilled and has 20+ years experience. At the end of the procedure, he tells me there’s a tiny part of the root he was not able to remove on one side because the root is too anchored in the bone and it would be risky to remove it.
Given I had to proceed with implants, I asked if this could lead to possible infections if the implant is put in with the remaining root. His answer was: ‘I obviously would have preferred to remove the entire root. I would have to drill the implant out instead of in’.
I mean this is a non-answer to me. It also raises the question as to whether he didn’t perform the procedure correctly. I know the root issue could be due to the fact the tooth feel out almost ten years ago. He told me that the roots were really badly decaying in my mouth.
I’m honestly very concerned now. I can’t see how we can go through with an implant if there’s 5% of the root left in there.

If it is somewhere not obvious if you don't have a tooth, then I would leave well enough alone and not bother getting the implant. Get a second opinion if you'd like but he's probably telling you the truth about your bone structure. And what would happen if some dentist goes "yeah, I can take it out" And then you start having issues with your jaw because the bone has been compromised.Thanks.
A root canal is slightly different, but I get your point. I don’t want to put an implant and wind up having to remove it because of this.
That’s my thought as well but he said that removing the residual root could affect the bone structure. He removed 95% but couldn’t get to the remaining part. I will need to go to another dentist and get another opinion. I don’t agree with putting in an implant when a tiny portion of the root is still there.
Yeah, you’re right. I think he’s telling the truth. I’ve had braces before and have a slight overbite, so bone structure and strength is always a concern.
