I absolutely hate it when they say they're weak for taking the temptations cause really it's more cause theyre just not arsed. I'd rather be enjoying myself than be miserable shouting at people for taking them.

I would try and wait until a really good one came up and take that. Sleeping in a bed in the first night seemed like a bit of a waste to me. I would have rather had the taxi ride to avoid the leeches. Different being in there though my will power probably wouldn't last 2 seconds hahaha

Yeah the air-conditioning was absolutely pointless i know she took it just to wind them up like.

I was hoping there would be a thread on this as non of my mates have watched it, so I have no one to rant to haha. I agree with the ones on here who have said that the restaurant woman, screams aggressive bully. The way she screamed at that girl for taking the chips, I saw a clip of episode 3 where chip girl calls her out for being a witch and I can't wait to watch it. It's almost like they think she has no right to be there because she doesn't need the money, when she has as much right as everyone else and fair play to her she don't take the other temptations she's only took the ones to help her get though it. The way she just carried on eating her chips had me howling. I can't wait to watch episode 3 tomorrow.

I thought it was funny Thomaz rejected the hotel when it looked like he might have to share a bed with Trisha (58) but changed his mind when Martha (28) said she wanted to

Sam is the kind of horrible woman I could ever be friends with. She contradicts herself constantly. On last nights show she was saying they had to get rid of the other woman ( who only spent £4500 ) and when she left after feeling bullied,ultimately cost them £30,000 from the prize fund. And on tonight's show she is willing to blow the money out of spite against tomaz. Team player - ya, right. . Just a miserable failed businesswoman.....

Thank you! Exactly this! Even if Vicky spent £1000 a day it would work out at £18k but as you said her leaving has cost them £34,000, which is a huge amount more, she’s intolerant, unkind and really stupid!

Aggressively stupid. She gets off on looking down at people. She realised Imani wouldn’t put up with her nonsense so turned all her hate to Vicky and Tomasz. I don’t like Tomasz much but I’d take him over her any day and I’d happily have given Vicky several grand a day if it meant I didn’t have to hear that bloody whimpering and crying all the time.

I wish Imani had taken the hotel that day after getting stung by hornets, poor girl I’d have been finished if that happened to me. She’s actually so tough to have kept going. I like her a lot now. I didn’t like when she kept talking over people but now I can see she’s funny and was just facing absolute bullies in there so had to come out fighting. They’ve left her alone now, haven’t they? Wusses. That Sam is so weak herself to be obsessed with other people the way she is.

I think taking some of the food/ comfy bed temptations are ok as it will help to rejuvenate them so they are less likely to leave and take the large amount of cash with them. Constantly taking them is selfish, I hope there is a twist at the end so those that didn't give all the time.

But Vicky leaving hasn't cost them £34 000. As at the end she'd have had an equal share of the prize pot anyway. The money deducted when she left was her share of the initial sum - not a penalty on the rest of the group.
Her leaving has probably only cost the group a couple of thousand - which could have been more if she stayed on taking temptations.

Is it not £30,000 of the initial share plus a fine. When that guy left for medical reasons they just took the 30 not the fine away from the pot.

I think they took 25 for him , so the fine must be 5000 as they took 30,000 for Vicky.

Sam is an absolute disgusting bully. Vicky was clearly struggling, fair play to her getting through the treks when she was clearly so far removed from her comfort zone. The way they all ganged up on her and shouted at her was a hard watch, she remained so calm and you could visibly see it was bothering her spending other people's money. Sam calling the others greedy, no love, you're just greedy for the money and you hate the fact that others aren't desperate for it like you, you clearly hate to also see others enjoying their self too, which again speaks volumes about her. Then nathanial, imagine having that bully as your PT! He bullied Vicky out of camp and then took temptation, at least Vicky was honest about it. I am really hoping that Vicky quitting was a secret temptation to take her to the end just to see the bullies lose!

I loved season 1 and just catching up on season 2 now. At first I couldn’t stand Imani but she had pulled off a great plan - be an hole at the start, wind the group up, take the temptations, convert a few others and then draw back for your redemption arc Vicky I cannot stand her moaning and not even trying BUT Sam is such a vile nasty bully that it’s making me like Vicky!

I think Nathaniel is worse than Sam! ‘testing’ David into keeping his secret temptation of the coffee shop & then trying to get the rest of his team not to tell anyone about the Chinese! just so he can look good in front of Sam and keep his ‘leadership’. The way he goes around shaking hands with the people who don’t take temptation is giving me the ick, he has so much unnecessary self importance & audacity.
