Teenage birthday present ideas

My son turns 18 later this year and my daughter turns 16.
I feel they are special milestone birthdays.

Does anyone have any ideas, from personal experience.
My son has some expensive ideas!

My daughter has no idea yet!
She has mentioned perfume, does anyone have any ideas on what perfume a teenager might like? She is not giving me any tips. She will get more an perfume for her birthday!! She is not my gran!

Girl - Tickets for a show, a day out in London including nice meal/tickets for somewhere, spa day, nice jewellery, concern tickets

I got jewellery for my big birthdays. My brother and husband etc got watch, hip flash, kilt, suit.

For my 21st everyone gave money to put towards a flight to Australia !
