Swap between Clipper Dandelion tea and camomile in the evenings to balance my overconsumption of coffee the rest of the time.
can we send you some Tayto and a box of Kimberley and Mikado for the ChristmasI’m in London. I get mine from Ocado since the local Irish shop near here closed down.
Thanks for reviewing this. Haven’t tried any Pukka tea lately. I’ve been drinking Lapsang Souchong.Haven't dropped by in a while but hello again tea threadAnyone else enjoying the pukka tea advent? Trying the Blackcurrant Beauty today, I'm sorry so see that it's weaker than I expected..
Aldi do two really good versions of peppermint tea, one contains peppermint and spearmint and is very good value compared to other shops, they also do a teabag version with the string attachment which is just pure peppermint, both are really lovely.Does anyone have a good peppermint tea recommendation?
I usually have Twinings for everyday and Teapigs as a treat, however neither are near as good as fresh leaves.
I like Clippers teas where do you buy these as I don't really find Clippers in many stores?Swap between Clipper Dandelion tea and camomile in the evenings to balance my overconsumption of coffee the rest of the time.
I’m in Canada as well and David’s Tea is good!I am a Canadian and have limited access to British teas so I have to ask...is the Yorkshire Biscuit Tea as good as it sounds?? Do folks in the UK actually drink Yorkshire tea? Or is that an insult to all British teas?
I have so many questions. Thank you for this thread.
They have a websiteI like Clippers teas where do you buy these as I don't really find Clippers in many stores?
Have you tried rooibos? It takes a little getting used to but it's naturally caffeine free so you can have in the evening and even children can drink itYorkshire tea gold
or Assam (generic is fine)
I went onto decaf for a while but for some reason it now all tastes slightly chemically to me. I reckon I drink too much tea and am looking to reduce my brew intake.
WHY oh my god, leave solid foods out of tea you weirdosI cannot deal with 2020 anymore. It’s like a year of April fools days.
I love the decaf one for evenings! I like having a cup of tea at night/before bed, the taste doesn't lack anything either.I drink twinings decaffeinated earl grey. Earl grey is my favorite, in a B&B 2 weeks ago they only had regular earl grey and it reinforced why I drink decaffeinated tea - caffeine makes me pee loads!!
Tell me your spiced ginger secrets pleaseOh this is my thread!!!!!
in a day I drink,
liquorice and cinnamon,
spiced ginger,
Nettle,
black or sweet chai,
And cinnamon.
Best brands are Yogi, pukka were up there but they’re a bit chav lately, the bags break really easily and I really don’t like their cinnamon
for ginger and nettle I use twinnings
Cheaper and better ingredients.
I’m never off the toilet but you could set you clock by me![]()

Is that Twinings as well? Never tried anything apart from black teas from Twinings - except when I bought a bauble thingy full of Christmas tea. It was delicious but I don't know if it's available year round. It's not burn your nose spicy but ginger is prominent. I think it's like 75% black tea and 25% ginger so quite strong on the ginger. I suppose you can always add a couple of slices of fresh ginger to crank it up?I've never seen the superblends one, sounds great! And I love the look of ginger chai, would you say it's on the spicy side? I enjoy quite a strong ginger flavour. Higher Living ginger tea used to be burn-your-nose kind of spicy but I'm sorry to see that they've made it slightly more mellow.
I can't help it I am so intrigued! It kind of tastes like if you drop a sweet biscuit in your tea and swirl it around to be honest, I don’t like sugar in my tea though so other people might think it’s lovely![]()
I have about 3 coffees through out the day and always tea when the day is done! No, I drink it all day long! In the morning, I need tea first, as it’s so thirst quenching. But never coffee first.
Will drink coffee later on though.
