As someone who does not drink, that's what i drink when I go out with friends, as I don't feel so weird when everyone else is drinking boozeI like the alcohol free Kopperburg, the strawberry and lime one

I'm hoping this week is the end of high temperatures for now, as I'm so over it.
Had a go on my new treadmill and managed walking 2 miles before collapsing, the new trainers have definitely helped bring some balance back.
I ended up getting Adidas RunFalcon 5 and a pair of Under Armour, as they were both in a sale

It hasn't been quite the 30 here but close enough. Getting my steps in at 7am most mornings....even the dog is looking slimmer...
I had some excellent news in the post this afternoon. You know, I had all that drama over my PiP review. They sent me a letter saying they are doing things differently now, related to a law change aimed at easing the pressure of having constant reviews. etc I am beyond happy that I won't have to go through another interview till 2030 I suppose I have to be grateful to Kier Starmer for this
