I think she knows the stigma these days regarding going to turkey for surgery so I think she's trying to make it seem that her surgeon was "a good one" if that makes sense

Yeah I think she is just trying to make herself not seem like an idiot for going there. Or she might even believe it, she was blaming the NHS for the medication they gave her.

They’ve definitely broken up and she’s moved I think. Don’t know where to though.
So apparently they broke up in October but he only moved out end of Jan or Feb? Yikes. She’s still in their Manchester flat and she said it’s her first time living alone? She really did jump from relationship to relationship since she was a teenager I guess.
