Really? I thought natural meant natural. Which means "nothing". Having nitrious oxide just doesnt sound natural to me and the fact that it makes you high doesnt sound natural either.

To be fair to him he was probably in shock if this is his first child, men can't really do anything apart from stand there helplessly!
usually it seems to be more like
“Natural” = vaginal
“Drug free” = no analgesia
So if someone has a natural drug free birth it’s without any medical intervention for pain relief. Is how I interpret it.
but I know a lot of people say they were “drug free” because they didn’t have the epidural but did have gas. Doesn’t make sense. Gas is still a drug/intervention.
she did really well though, either way! I don’t follow any of them but I loved seeing how her sisters supported her. Her partners (ex? Baby daddy? Whatever he is) behaviour was really odd.
When I was pregnant with my first child I was 5’10” and 128lb at the beginning and 154lb two days before birth. I was so excited to keep some of that baby weight as I never liked being so skinny at the height I was. 8 days after birth I was back at 128lb. The people in here being shocked at someone who is into fitness looking like that after birth have not given birth or been very close with people who have given birth. It’s normal to look like you haven’t given birth after you’ve given birth. It’s not only the baby but a lot of water and fluid in there that comes out at birth. It depends on your body. If your body responds to pregnancy and birth well then you’re most definitely going to look better. She does have to regain the lost muscle though and that’s what some of you who think you’re so smart don’t realize.
I dont think Im smart and I dont appreciate you insinuating that. I do understand what you are saying BUT this is her 3rd child and her past two pregnancies she has shown her after birth photos and weeks later. In those photos she still had a very prominent after belly and she made that known. Go and look at her comparisons. So for her to go from quite large (she herself said she was the biggest this time) and also she said she carried no extra fluid like her previous two, to flat board instagram ready a few days later is bull. And posing in a skimpy underwear set to show off her body, otherwise, why not just show off her baby, why undress for photos of her. Its not like she walks around in them with a scanty wafer thin pad. Every single thing she has done during this pregnancy and after has been one big content builder to benefit her and no one else. FFS, she even got called out for photoshopping one of her pregnacy photos where the clothes behind her were all warped and the drawers all had curved lines instead of straight.

. Yes the bump goes away but the ab muscle separation remains for weeks if not longer. You can be down to the same weight but not body composition (eg you may have more large and less muscle if you don’t know what body composition is ) Are you one of her die hard fans is that why you’re defending her so hard? You’re in the wrong place for that

It’s kind of coincidence that right before the new baby arrived the unfollowing/following between her and Matt was happening around the same time right after Reece and London stop interacting on insta and appear to be done.
It’s definitely photoshopped there’s been a tiktok I saw recently of photos caught by a journalist the same day and she looks nothing like this!
