MY COMMENTARY PROVIDE BELOW HAS BEEN CONFIRMED FROM BRISBANE MAGISTRATE COURT *the following is NOT a statement from the Brisbane Magistrate Court, but my own statement that is based on what I was able to find from requesting said information about Henri Thynne’s Court Case:

Some of Henri Thynne’s case has been transferred to the Brisbane District Court due to the severity of the more serious charges (such as his strangulation charge he received in 2024).

Once the judge refused bail on the serious counts, it overrode everything else: even the charges that normally qualify for bail release can’t “spring” him to get bailed out, because bail is decided globally, not one‑by‑one.

IF THE ACCUSED FACES A MIXTURE OF CHARGES, bail is considered globally. Because bail was refused at the District Court level, any accompanying lesser charges are effectively overridden AND he stays remanded on the most serious count, which has been found to be accurate based on Daily Mail’s reporting.

Bottom line: In Queensland, a denied‑bail decision on a single domestic‑violence charge keeps an accused behind bars, no matter how minor the secondary counts might be. Under Queensland’s Bail Act, bail hinges on the toughest charge in the bundle—not the easy ones.

Henri faces at least one “show‑cause” DV that was proven indictable, which is why his case just went up to the Brisbane District Court. Once the judge refused bail on that serious count, it overrode everything else: even charges that normally qualify for bail.

In Queensland bail law, a “show‑cause” offence is one so serious that the usual presumption of “innocent until proven guilty, so bail is allowed” flips the other way.

For these charges, the judge starts with “bail is refused.” Then, the accused must show cause—give exceptional reasons—why they should be released (e.g., key evidence has collapsed, critical health issues, or other truly compelling circumstances). If they can’t meet that high bar, they stay in custody until trial.

I actually wish that something could happen between now and then to make her cancel this wedding.

Tammy wears clothes like that purely for attention. She went to Wolfs school camp bus drop off in a completely see through top, you could see entire areolas. Now Wolf is there with a class full of students and friends and she's posing and taking photos. There's a time and a place. Humans are conditioned to make judgements, you even made one, a real big one too.
Heck, go for a job interview and first impressions will either get you the job or not. If Tammy turned up like that, she wouldn't pass go (unless it was some sort of sex work).
Nothing wrong with wearing gym wear, especially if you are actually heading to the gym after drop off. It's how you wear it, not what you wear. And that applies to all clothing and to all people. Common sense.
People will treat you the way you conduct and hold yourself.

You’re actually proving my point. He wasn’t at Tammy’s wedding because he was in custody. IF she were really trying to “enable” him or excuse what he allegedly did, wouldn’t she have tried harder to get him out before her big day? His absence is what made people even start digging into the situation.

And where’s the proof that he was ever out on bail and violated it? That TikTok creator made serious claims — like him orchestrating an attack on the victim involving three people carving an “H” into her leg — but where are the follow-up charges, arrests, or police reports? That would be major news if it happened.

I’m not denying anyone’s trauma. That being said, when serious accusations like that are posted publicly, people deserve transparency. Otherwise, it turns into social media dramatics. The case is already horrific on its own, there’s no need to muddy it with exaggerations or fan theories.

What you have written is very disappointing and damn ugly. I don't understand your undertone. I have just read through all the comments from the victim on Tiktok and it looks like she has confided with this "creator" and both say that no more can be said. I will leave it at that.

I smelled bullshit! Unless you’re really trending rn (which Tammy is washed up let’s be real) this is probably the worst time to start a business/sell a product. The economy is tanked and people are being very diligent with their money which doesn’t go far these days.

I bet they bought up a ton of them from that store prior to filming. If this was the height of Tammy’s fame I could see it selling really well, but she’s completely tanked (even before Matt Z tbh but that’s helped dig her deeper, faster)

I never said Henri personally carved it — I questioned the claim that three men allegedly attacked the victim on his behalf while he was out on bail. That’s a major accusation, and so far there’s no police report, added charges, or confirmation that he was even out of custody. If this really happened, where’s the actual proof? She needs to show the actual police report of this incident. How can she just divulge ALL of the details but then be like… “can’t talk anymore about it, SOZ! Follow me for updates!” Like what??? I don’t want to follow you, I want to follow the evidence and police reports. Wanting facts before blindly running with a sensational story isn’t shameful — it’s just basic critical thinking.

(edit: this is the last post/comment/reply I’m making about Henri. I said what I said. I implore people to actually think about all of this critically and stop adding onto an already bad situation. Hopefully the courts will deal out the appropriate punishment and justice will prevail.)

I still can't believe she went through with it. It just feels surreal. As if it wasn't an actual wedding, just a party charade for a photo-opp, a Z-list cover and a poor attempt to gain a little bit of popularity. She was far bigger in terms of popularity when she had been with Jahkoy and the 20 work days they were together, than she is right now getting married to umpteenth love of her life. Even the snark is relatively dry, she's shown us nothing we haven't seen before (no organisation, everything a mess, her being the exact opposite of classy, staging paparazzi and then her lap-dogs crying about her being exploited, her choice of partner). But 20, I'm shocked. Can you imagine the monster in him, to do that at such a young age.

I was reading one of the articles which said he attended Brisbane Grammar School. Imagine paying $33k per year in fees to try and give you kid the best education and set them up for life, and they turn out to be an abusive monster.
