So true...

It's the jw slippers/shoes for me that blew it too and the YSL contemporary bag and the lack of declaring AD AGAIN in the that youtube video! I mean get crocs if that's the look you are going for and let's be real Tamara, how many things are you really keeping? I think more will end on Depop or returned to Farfetch rather than kept in the Claustro-wardrobe.
In her description box is written, “this video is in a partnership with farfetch”

nevertheless, she lost me at: “YSL bags are too commercial” coming from a girl who has at least 3 LV bags with LV monograms all over the bag. This shows how “much” she understands fashion, our sweet, smart, genius pharmacist.

Also, don’t get me wrong, Fendi is a prestigious brand, but I feel like lately they are becoming a bit tacky, just like some late Gucci pieces
I feel like Fendi got less tacky in design since KL died 😬 RIP. Now is more classy and minimalistic so I hope that NOT every folksinger, hiphop artist and starlet will buy them, nor have capsule design serie.
Regarding Tam, I feel like she didn’t broaden their audience neither her fashion client list, she attended Fendi last year, but where is MaxMara , where is Prada Gucci etc.
I would say she is still on same level as previous season.
I don’t think @QueenDecember is Tamara or anyone related to her, and I am annoyed (I already said this) that Tamaras threads always turn into something like this. I am generally extremely bored with her content (overall), but I always have a soft spot for her, so I don’t see anything wrong if someone says something nice in comparison to others.
Not to often we don’t want to spoil our influencers

What happened to the London flat?🧐
She said she hadn’t moved in because it wasn’t ready before lockdown, surely it is ready by now, right? Or, and this is obviously the most plausible option, there is no London flat.
Speaking of London, it is hilarious and quite revealing that she has on her profile London/Paris🤣🤣🤣 I mean, not only she was never based in London but her need to portrait this global persona is so embarrassing. Leonie, Xenia...DO have different flats in two countries, do they need to brag about it? No...

About her venture to Brighton to pick her clothes, why is everyone surprised? This is someone who moved countries because she was bored of the lockdown in the Uk, and then, traveled to every possible place during summer. However, I must add that she only did it because she wanted to “help the locals”.Our Tam tam is such an altruistic soul😌

Jaime's dad is a Silicon Valley billionaire and she's also Chinese American, so of course brands will invite her. It's almost like killing two birds with one stone. Good exposure for additional Asian clients (who traditionally spend a lot on designer) and hopefully catch some of that moneyed tech/Northern California crowd. She grew up hanging out with Steve Jobs' daughters.

Tamara is decently popular but she created her channel with a London backdrop in mind and she has stiff competition in the UK blogging/influencer world. She's now pivoting towards Paris but we'll see how that works out...I don't know why she doesn't embrace the Serbian angle more. It would certainly make her stand out and they seem actually very willing to put her in the center of actual legit publications.
What a shame Luisaviaroma didn’t invite an actual refugee in their event🤦🏻‍♀️ (A.k.a Tamara) since it was Unicef collaboration. They didn’t do their research and “missed” a lot 😂
Or maybe they were “afraid” since Tamara is such a fighter for human rights and great representer of her country (NOT) that she would “clash” with Rita Ora.
whatever!

but I was thinking about same subject that u mentioned, because I kind a fell into a rabbit hall with researching serbian influencers and I noticed that some of them with even 300k-600k followers have at least 30k likes per photo - which is great engagement. Serbian audience is very rewarding and she is “missing a lot”.
Well it is 3am and I can not sleep so here is my 2cents 😬

I enjoyed her content pre-paris, but since she moved to Paris I am beyond confused. I have also lived in Paris as an exchange student (so it was for a short period), but I explored Paris beyond outside of the Louvre and the Eiffel Tower... I mean it it was about the Louvre I was INSIDE like a couple of times as it is huge. There are many nice fashion spots as well in Marais, like...there are so many potential content which you could film: high fashion, parisian designers beside Chanel, amaziiiing second hand and vintage stores, great markets where you can score Chanel (lol), museums which are hip. There are also so many spots where you could take amazing pictures... there are many parks which are beautiful and great to relax, read a book, take a walk... i don’t know!!! But Paris is not what she is vlogging about, it is so much more! Especially if you visit districts like Menilmonant. Sorry for the rant but she rarely goes anywhere, just the 1st district and like even there she is not exploring...

I just came here to post this.
Did she really praise her?
Don't feel like it when you read the caption multiple times.
Why mentioning my ex assistant twice in the same sentence?
No, no, TamTam is a little snake, I can see the jealousy coming out of her.
I didn't like the way it was phrased at all "...once she was my assistant and a friend..." .... plus, her grammar is atrocious..."Im happy for you keep running to your goal". Who says that? she's not that much younger than you Tamara and you had nothing to do with her success. Don't claim it for yourself. How about a simple statement like "wishing you the very best success my friend and looking forward to seeing you achieve your goals."

Duh....

I found the vlog boring and repetitive. I felt that her face looked weird too, I don't know if she uses filters or she has recently done something to her face. Something is off and seems out of place.

It was such a torture to be listening to her english too. She really needs to focus on improving her language skills in my opinion, it would make a big difference to her content.

There was a comment about how nice her accent is and one about her feet?! There are so many weirdos out there...

Hello I am new here, first of all sorry for my mistakes in English, I am from Serbia and I don’t speak or write English well like some of you here, but I enjoy reading your comments about Tamara because I am sick of all those fake influencers. So today I saw one comment on Tamara’s post and I managed to take a screenshot before
someone deleted it... can you believe this???

Yeah, that makes sense. I can see Tamara going to Positano just so she could be on standby! At the beginning of the vlog, Tamara mumbled something about hoping to go to Capri. Then, she looked super disappointed on the day that she couldn’t go because of “bad weather.” Maybe this is when they told her she didn’t need to come. ☹

With COVID still around, I think it is going to take more than close proximity to get event invitations going forward. Companies/sponsors will be very picky and strategic so they can get the most bang for their buck out of these influenzas. Jamie has way less followers than Tamara but she appeals to a certain demographic(s). With Tamara...even we can tell she is unhappy/lost/unsure what to do with her career right now. I am sure companies can see the same thing since they have actual social media professionals assessing these things....

Something else I have noticed... Tamara always makes an effort to pronounce things correctly in Italian and German. But she doesn’t extend the same effort when enunciating English 😂😂😂😂😂.

I still think it’s another airbnb that they rented together. It would explain why she cannot get rid of the bed in her walk-in closet
I think that this is her actual bedroom (since she posted many stories lying in that bed) but she pretends to have more bedrooms.

When the quarantine first started I was the only one staying at the office and I was alone for 2,5 months. The average mail count per day was around 120, if it was 80 then it was a quiet day and when there were 140 mails I considered that a busy day. And no, I'm not working in customer support or help desk, not even close. And I had to deal with them on daily basis, not leave them unanswered. And that was on top of the job I was doing.
But hey, Tamtam surely is veeery busy :D
I feel you. Same here, I have days where I have ongoing meetings, phone calls, emails for hours and don’t even have time to have a proper lunch break. But sure going to the Hermes showroom, having a zoom meeting and putting two shelves together is indeed considered a busy day. 😂

No idea why a naturally pretty girl would want to look like that creepy Momo but I digress
I don’t think she was naturally pretty, not trying to be mean, but she really wasn’t.

Oh, don't forget, she also gets tested for covid every *10 DAYS* because she cares about other people so much 😂
Hahahah. Or she could just say, i got tested because i am about to go to London. No need to be Mother Theresa, we all know you don’t care.

She has zero talent for these reels, tiktok etc. Its just not her vibe..i get that she wants to be more entertaining but its not working for her.She looks so unnatural, she is not a funny type. She actually is much more natural when she is doing her videos, vlogs, she should really stick to that

On Xenia.. I don't follow her much and actually only know about her since I follow TamTam's threads here.

But I have watched her occasionally and I have to say this (been thinking about this but nowhere to go with it except here!):

Her label. I love that they try to be as ethically responsible as possible, paying fair wages, going for all natural materials (something I'm trying to do in the future, already bought some 100% cotton clothes and threw away the polyester monsters).

BUT... She says she wants her clothes to be timeless and longlasting (which is another point in ethical clothing and something I am doing as well, so fully behind this), which is fantastic.. BUT the thing is... her clothes aren't really classic and won't be longlasting, because of the cut/model.

A jumper, all natural fiber? GREAT. A jumper with cut-outs in the shoulders, back and which is pretty short? HELL NO. The fck am I supposed to do with that??
Not only are cut-outs a trend, they are also unwearable. Not everyone has the tits for that, not everyone feels comfy or wants that, it is trashy imo and for winter clothes... I want to be kept warm FFS!! Even for summer that is unacceptable to me, I've grown up with the mindset to keep my organs warm, otherwise I'll die lol and honestly, when I don't cover my lower back (eg hot nights), I DO feel that.

The coat too... Wide shoulders, shoulder pads... That is not only a current trend (ie unwearbale soonish), but also looks too masculine and not vey good. The fact that it is oversize is great (if you buy a coat and intend to wear it for decades, you have to take into account harsh cold winters (ie layering), weight fluctuations and a potential change of your body shape). So the coat is half great half fail.

I'll leave it at this, but my criticism extends to the rest of her line in the same manner. Not that it'll bother her one bit, because it sold out in record time, but imo it just isn't classic (non-trendy) enough to be wearable over a long timeframe, defeating its "ethical" objective. It's fast fashion sold under the guise of ethics and longevity.

OMG, that video.
My favorite part is when she says how she paid for the stuff from CB with her own money because she's not like the rest of the influencers that get stuff for free.
Nice work throwing shade on your fellow influencers TamTam, of course we trust you when you say you paid for this, after all, we all know how trustworthy you are, especially when it comes to disclosure of paid partnerships. There's no way this is an AD, you mentioned CB only like 5 times in 5 minutes.

Another Q&A???!😬 groundbreaking. The third this year right? And because she has been feeling “soooo inspired “ in Paris I bet it won’t be the last of the year.
As soon as I read the title, didn’t even bother to watch it.
