She couldn't give a toss about her salon. I was going to Kopper for about 2 years, never with Sabby herself, but I did like the place, and was happy going there. Then Lockdown 1.0 happened. Towards the end of that Lockdown, nearly all other salons were advertising that they were opening up their appointment books. Nothing from Kopper. After a couple of weeks, they said to email them. Grand, did so. Still heard nothing back, not even a confirmation email. So after a week I wrote a short email, just asking if they had gotten my first email. Heard nothing from that. Shabby was on her stories later that day, telling people to not email them twice, they were so busy trying to organise it all blah blah. Now I understand coming out of Lockdown was a shit show and stressful for salons. But she was so snarky on her stories, telling people not to bother the staff. So I got in touch with a couple of other salons that I had never been to. They both got back to me that day, offering appointments. Both salons were really nice and friendly. I went with Ikon, and am delighted with it. They do the same 'prescription' highlights that Shabby does, my hair is even more ridey. About a week after talking to the other salons, I get a phone call from Kopper asking did I want an appointment. I said no thanks, already sorted. The girl on the other end sounded very nice and very apologetic, I'd say she had gotten a lot of abuse from other customers. But the whole thing was handled so badly, its really shows me that Shabby doesn't give a toss about the salon or her customers.
!! You can’t expect to socialise as you wish for the whole month of December and not catch covid. NPHET warned us all.... but now we should expect people to listen to you??
