Good god I haven’t been on her insta in a few days and she’s STILL on about the bed!??? Is she not capable of making two decisions simultaneously? She can’t pick the colour of the boys room or their wardrobes coz she hasn’t picked her bed?

Also detest people who say they have “no money” and yet here she is haemorrhaging cash for a bespoke bed and carpentry. So detached from reality

Its all just a beg! She’s been on and on about sleeping on the floor the past 1.5 years, tagging furniture stores like mad. She got a free Emma mattress and is begging for a bed. Delighted for her having to buy one herself now that she has a baby coming.

I see the begging for the door wreath paid off also. Wasn’t she talking about her neighbors a few weeks back.
This wan has to be one of the laziest and most annoying Huns. Christmas wreaths up till Easter, house unfinished and a total mess, whining about everything, doesn’t seem to be able to let the kids have fun. Like, she sounded like she was going to have a breakdown over the bit of flour on the counter top…she’s an absolute snore fest 😴

She’s a bleeping dose!! Like just finish the house, the furniture and decor doesn’t have to be bespoke pink and gold and marble! I’d honestly be having a canary living with her and her inability to make a decision on something. It’s just getting more painful to watch. Imagine having an “insta/Pinterest perfect” bathroom and nothing in it works properly, didn’t she say the other day that the upstairs shower has never been used? I’m not sure if it’s dodgy tradesmen or if she’s just buying impractical crap that never seems to just work at a basic level. The death trap hall does it for me, the big mirror and stick out drawer with the sharp corners, the glass door into the kitchen🤦🏻‍♀️ What an absolute money pit of a house, if she sold it the new owners would need to rip every thing out and start again.

I doubt she’d be able to sell it. It’s too much her taste, which is woeful. To me, that house is a complete tear down and start again.

Every single decision made in that house was the wrong decision…and she knows it and she ran out of money and she’s far too indecisive.

She says she owned her first house at 21, would love to know how she afforded that after only 1.5 years working as an Estate Agent

Her husband’s father was the CEO of Ulster Bank during the boom 👀

Owned or had a mortgage? There’s a big difference. Owning your own home means no mortgage. She’s such a clown.

They got a leg up but it wasn’t enough. She’s still living on a building site.

An old story from the IT. Looks like he got turfed out circa 2003.

Let's not forget that other new article about a certain payout she got 🤗 Every little helps after all.

Not to get stuck on semantics but you are the home owner even with a mortgage, the bank just has interest in the property 😌 either way not sure what her status was, but I don’t know many people her age who even had a mortgage at 21!

€30k? I’d say her legal costs were significant though…

Yes, theoretically you are the home owner. The reality is the bank owns your ass until last payment is made.

She's 36 now so 15 years ago when she was 21,it was 2007. That was the time of 100% mortgages. I reckon she was in negative equity for a long time on the previous property.

Controversial but I actually like elements of the house, like the kitchen. It’s her smugness and Beggy and lazy behaviour I can’t stand. And the attachment issues she gives her kiddies 😢

I agree as well. I like her kitchen, bench and coffee nook and controversially the shelf in the hall. I just can't stand like so many other instagrammers she pretends to give information and chat about stuff out of the kindness of her heart whilst in fact she is just wants an easy way to make money.

Her husband should intervene on the Kids - poor Jamie will be as needy as Harry.

There's definitely elements of the house I really like the garden turned out really well but I think the overall pale pink with gold and marble is overdone and anaemic looking. It could look as good or better for half the price. She's just not savvy enough
