Does anyone else just feel stuck in a rut constantly? I just feel like I am all the time. I know this is pretty woe me and I just need to get my a in gear but I need to get it out.
I feel so stuck about my weight. I’ve put on about a stone since covid but can’t shift it. I’ve tried everything ( and I mean everything) from slimming world to shakes. I know it’s a motivation thing but I just don’t seem to have any. I’ve set myself some short time goals but I just need my head to click to get me there. Any advice?
