As do I, and nor am I! It’s honestly bleeping offensive and contributes to already pretty negative perceptions about what ADHD in particular means for a person. Not once in my life have I ever been in trouble with the law or behaved like this towards somebody. It is NOT an excuse nor a scapegoat for being a massive wick

It's definitely just sentencing today. There is no jury there, and no consideration of new evidence. The only debate is what sentence he gets, and the Judge will consider the psychiatric reports when deciding that (from the experts who have already formally assessed SB, not his random bleating in the court today)
