Incredible! If my brother had done something like this, I would not be behaving like this towards him. I would be absolutely furious and mortified. I would NOT support him over something like this just because he’s family.

All of this family are morons and it’s unsurprising he’s ended up the way he has when clearly none of them have held him to account his whole life, they’ve actually enabled him instead.

It’s a silly fence, this page is here to discuss him and his stupidity, why shouldn’t that be a point of discussion?

Yes it’s not at all important in the face of what he’s done, but I don’t think that means we cant make fun of him for it while we talk about everything else he’s done, which we are still doing.

I think it’s a bit unfair to try to police what people should and shouldn’t talk about on this thread and say they’re “not a chinmate” () for talking about the Fort Knox fence - We’re all here because we don’t like him, just because someone talks about his fence doesn’t mean they don’t think his crimes are abhorrent. We’re here because we think what he’s done is abhorrent, and we’re still talking about that too!

But we’re allowed to talk about anything relating to him here, including his ridiculous fence, which is one of a number of things that absolutely reflects what a moron he is.

His fence was built without planning. Imagine what the streets would be like without planning laws or if everyone just did as they please?

The fence proves he doesn't think rules apply to him. It's classic Bear.

That fence could make it dangerous for his neighbours to pull out of their drive.

I was just pointing out a tweet I had seen!
I shared it as I know he is going to court regarding planning permission in January.
I don’t see how that makes me a bad person? I have been on this thread for over a year and want this man to get everything he has coming to him! Bit uncalled for I think!

Nah he won't end up in prison over the fence. I've worked with a lot of planning enforcement cases and I am shocked this has made it as far as it had to get to court to be honest! Definitely expect a potential fine and the need to regularise the works to as it was beforehand,

Re the fence. I'm not sure about English law because I'm in Scotland but the following happened to someone near me.

Person put up large stable block on greenbelt. Council said remove it. Person said no. Council sent fine and notice to remove. Person ignored it. Council then sent enforcement notice. Person ignored it. Council then enforced it and sent person the bill. Not sure of cost but it took the Council over a week to dismantle and remove the stables to storage. The bill will cost thousands and the council will pursue it.

He won't go to jail for it but will likely get a fine and an order to remove with a threat of further action.

I didn’t mean you I meant the person who wrote the tweet - I was simply wondering why that person (not the people on this thread who have discussed his fence at length) had chosen to tweet only about his fence
