He only has to put a foot wrong and he will be remanded. Personally I can't see him being a good boy until his sentencing on 31st Jan

I believe ten years, with limited/no access to social media, and regular checks of his devices to ensure he’s sticking to his terms, from what I know. I’m sure someone else has probably more knowledge than I do.
I know if someone goes to jail for non pedarast things they can't work with or around kids or the vunerable for 5 years. My dad is a business owner and they do alot of work for schools/NHS and he's had a few of his workers get convictions for things like assault and they wasn't allowed to work on the school and hospital sites as they were within proximity of children and vunerable people. So guess its way worse for a sex offender.

Thing is as well not that he even would go back to a 'normal' job but his options there are limited because of his conviction and criminal record so hes totally ducked it silly bear

There was a channel 4 documentary on the other night about sexual abuse and it was very interesting.

I briefly spoke with my father in law (60s) yesterday and this trial and the documentary and his attitude was ... well women need to be more aware and not putting themselves in these situations??!!! Then he actually said... well men are predators by nature !!!!
I had to leave the conversation because I was getting too annoyed 😒

On the other hand, I asked my 20 year old son if him and his pals share nudes... he looked at me in disgust !!!! No, why would we do that, that's gross.
I asked him even after a break up would they share them and he said no, and looked at me like I was vile.
I had a similar conversation with my uncle
Who’s in his 70s about the young footballers being outed for abusing their girlfriends and he said something like Oh these girls go up to them with short skirts asking for it. I nearly dropped dead with horror. I had to leave the conversation too because I could feel my face getting red with rage

Reading his pathetic quote of “it is what it is” No BumBear what it is, is that you sexually exploited a woman who gave no consent to you sharing and distributing an intimate video, gaining profit and thinking he was some low rent Kim K sex tape winner 🤬
What so many people won’t realise is that any image or video that’s shared pretty much will forever be out there, it’s a complete violation and cheese fool and his 1 brain cell will never understand the damage he’s done 🤦🏻‍♀️

If he was remanded wouldn’t this come off his sentence? Maybe that’s why the judge didn’t perhaps 🤔
Well yeah, but that's irrelevant really because remand is still time served. So if he served 2 months on remand, then got sentenced to a year, he'd already have served 2 months so let out in 10. (Though a lot don't actually serve the entirety of their sentence behind bars anyway). Sentence would still be the same length...

I have everything crossed he gets time 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

Bear gives me Chris Watts vibes.

I can’t explain it but I get a visceral reaction to them both. They give me chills.
You are correct. I have been with a Chris Watts type of person and they make you feel so uneasy when you're around them. My Chris Watts person stole something from my friends house and helped us all look for it. He really put the effort in and watched us turn the house inside out whilst he had stolen the item all along. I also had to pay for said item as it went missing as soon as my friend was in the house. That guy put me through so much abuse and still today, nearly 15 years later still pops up to try and do his tricks. Dangerous people out there, stay safe everybody!

My mother, in her 80s, can be a bit like that, but did get my point in the end when I told her that if I could teach my cocker spaniel, who is obsessed with food, to control herself to the point where I can put a plate with a freshly-cooked steak on it on the coffee table, leave the room, and know she won't touch it, then I don't think it's unreasonable to ask blokes to control themselves when they see a woman in a short skirt.

Yes but I think what they mean is it would appear longer, as in, it would drag it out longer to a later date. Remanding him would get it all over with quicker.
I don't suppose judges are allowed to do it for that reason. But for me I’m alright with it dragging out.
I guess the judge has to give him a chance but I think his days are numbered until he breaches bail, or if he gets a suspended sentence until he breaches that.
