Being on bail won’t stop him going on holiday unless the actual conditions of his bail stipulate he can’t leave the country unfortunately

Two years per offence so technically 6 years but highly unlikely that they wouldn’t run concurrently so I’d say max 2 years, although unfortunately I would guess he’s more likely to get some community service or a suspended sentence.
