I’m so glad times are changing in how actual victims get treated. I think I had just turned 12 or 13 I’ve tried to block it out so sorry. i never pressed charges as they’d sit outside my house waving knives about threatening me. Sadly my family wasn’t the best at protecting me and was more interested in the embarrassment I had caused. I’m in my late 20s now and still feel weird about it. I lost everything overnight my friends, my school, my home life, every thing. I remember people saying it was shown in the class room on a smart board byanother student and the teachers see it and went crazy and suspended the boy who streamed it. It went on YouTube and had to be removed. Worst thing is I was a Virgin at the time, didn’t know how to really give a BJ so was hit and told what to do. Never even had kissed a boy yet every one called me a slag.
people would ring my phone and say oh she’s answers she ain’t dead. Like it was just nuts.

“Defence on the basis of mental illness” in criminal matters is not as easy as you think it is. Trust me, it’s not. It actually needs to be of such a degree that he doesn’t understand the consequences of his actions. So no, mental health will not be able to be used in his defence here. You’ve watched too many movies from LA.

no ones saying he doesn’t have mental health problems infact we’re all saying the complete opposite. He made a very clear statement the other day about faking a suicide now forgive me for not having sympathy for a man who was just mocking suicide victims when I’ve lost not one but 2 family members to it.

Do you not think that the “clear statement the other day” was actually part of the whole mental health issue too? This guy hasn’t been making clear statements about anything in days. He actually needs help. Like, real help. Immediately. And I’m hoping help is there with him now.

Neither do I really I think Instagram have blocked him and his content from users so you can only find him by searching his full username, if you take away a letter it doesn’t find him. I don’t think his posts will show on the explore page either. I think this was in place before Georgia came out, I’m guessing due to his general posts being awful!

I think it’s because his stories have been reported so many times. The content isn’t against their guidelines (not sure how sexual harassment isn’t?! But anyway...) but they know it’s inappropriate so shove a shadow ban on his account

Wasn't nice to watch, and if he's ill I hope he gets urgent help. Unfortunately he's either done too much gear or acting. Feel it's the former but in any case he needs to get urgent help and face up to his actions. He's probably tried blocking out what he's done with drink and drugs but it will always catch up on you.

I didn’t quote your other thing coz it would make the comment really long. Yes they could fly across to interview him but in the year & a half working in a uk police force on a domestic abuse unit, this never happened. Police funding is extremely low & due to there being no risk of life I don’t think they would action flying across to interview him. They might request it on Skype/zoom or whatever. but likelihood is, this case will be on someone’s workload along with many other cases unfortunately & if he’s not in the UK, they’ll prioritise the ones that are in the fact they can get a suspect in for interview etc.
im also not saying he would speak during his interview as he would have the right to say no comment etc but as I said, in the time I worked there, a complete refusal of interview happened once or twice. However, the person had to be given that opportunity as it’s covered in PACE.
I reckon the police will be doing a lot of the investigation work right now & will be wanting to know when he is back (IMO) I aren’t saying there aren’t options for them if he continues to stay in Dubai but I still think they’ll wait until he returns to the UK

basically my point was they would have to at least give him the opportunity to provide a defence before charging him. Especially as he may throw up leads/investigation directions for them to investigate. End of the day, the police are meant to be impartial & even if they have overwhelming evidence to prove his guilt, anything he provides to “prove his innocence” should be investigated too. Whether he takes that opportunity to provide a defence is up to him.

I’m not going to sit here and debate the legals about Bear. I’m not his lawyer and given your lack of criminal law understanding, I suspect you aren’t either.

If only he had “been kind” when he was mocking Georgia about getting Reiki. Short memory.

Absolutely looks to be coming down, I do believe he has mental health issues that he needs to sort out but also as someone who works in mental health it’s not an excuse to be a complete year. The video looks fake to me, he’s coming down, feeling overwhelmed and sad possibly with the gravity of the situation, but I don’t condone and won’t be posting comments on his post. I have zero sympathy for the guy I just can’t, I think someone else mentioned the biting of the hand to me is probably trying to stop that stupid smirk. But I also don’t think anyone needs to comment hate on his posts, it’s only increasing his engagement anyway, literally making him money!
Also says he won’t take the medication but will happily suck down nangs. Taking medication doesn’t make you weak, it makes you strong because you’ve decided you want better for yourself and those around you
