Feel so sorry for Georgia. I don't anything about how it works but how would she be able to prove in court that she didn't know? (For the record I 100% think she didn't consent to have that filmed or shared just wondering from a legal standpoint how can you prove that?) Bear is absolute slime.

Is Dubai the go to holiday destination for Brits now? I don’t get it? I’m also Aussie and always viewed it as a stop over destination when flying to UK/Europe. Fun for a few days or in expat circles but I don’t understand this party vibe or it being a fav holiday destination? It’s still the UAE, these reality celebs are just showing such a disregard for their laws. You also have to pay for a full years rent on an apartment up front if wishing to move there. He’s just talking rubbish. I find it so disgusting that woman got SO MUCH hate for charging for nudes on only fans and not delivery, but filming someone without consent and using that footage to profit isn’t being so widely condemned.

It's one of the only places we can visit that we don't have to quarantine upon return from that has the weather, pool parties and is a reasonable flight time. That said I could think of nothing worse than going there!

I would imagine they would wait until he’s been interviewed as this is the persons opportunity to give their defence. If he has point blank refused this then they may potentially go to CPS to pursue charges & explain on the documents that they have attempted to get him to be interviewed but he has declined. This doesn’t happen very often.
The case file to submit to CPS without a suspect interview wouldn’t be considered as complete so wouldn’t be accepted for a charging decision.

I think he’s staying there on purpose to draw the whole thing out & probably trying to persuade some poor girl to say it’s her.

UK cops can come across and interview him in Dubai. If he fails to give a statement and uses his right to remain silent, they can lay charges if they can determine that there is enough evidence before them. Remember, it’s the prosecutions role to determine the facts, not Bear’s role to prove he didn’t do it.

I don't think so. Dubai police would only arrest for a crime committed in Dubai. Laws differ from country to country so their police only have authority over what's committed on their land. An arrest for a crime committed in the UK would have to wait until he's back on UK soil. I think the only time it would happen would be if he posed a serious threat to their country (ie: a terror attack or something similar) that they would act and it would be a case of both countries coming together to get him. Whilst his crime is serious, I don't believe it's enough to warrant that.
