He will never get a visa to stay in Dubai. I’ve said this in a previous thread when Sallie Axl claimed the same thing. You have to provide proof you have a sponsor and job and so much more. When it comes to renting out his house.. has he managed to instruct an agency to go around and advise him what rent he can inspect. Has he provided the agency with all the landlord safety certificates etc you require. Has he managed to get someone to clear his house of his personal belongings. Has he managed to get someone to store /look after his car that sits outside.
