There’s absolutely no way she hasn’t heard this song. Apart from it coming out over a year ago, it’s been on so many social media videos and since her job is based on social media it’s embarrassing to claim she doesn’t know it. It also won a Brit award this year and she makes content about awards shows. She’s just trying to be edgy but it comes across snobby. You might not like it, that’s fine, music is subjective, but pretending to not know it is ridiculous.

The thing is it's a wig not her natural hair. She made a choice to wear a huge wig that would block people's views. I'm not saying what was said was right especially saying unprofessional or over the top especially referring to black womens hair.

Maybe he said those words to her reaction at maybe being asked to move rather than her actual hair. (if she's telling the truth) and there's ways to say it, but I'd be irritated if I had my view obstructed when it could've been avoided.
